Good Dunkin’ with fast service helpful staff and good bagels. Place was very clean and breakfast food and coffee was delicious. Parking is a bit tough in this plaza.

I was feeling like having some lovely healthy breakfast food. Okay, I was feeling like some sugar, okay? So I went to the Dunkin Donuts within walking distance of me. I was a little worried because of the low rating and some of the reviews.
I got there around 9:30 AM and was the second in line. I let somebody go ahead of me because I was planning on getting a dozen and was trying to decide which ones I wanted. The doughnuts all are labeled and even have how many calories each type has. I finally stepped forward and got three Boston Kremes, three Glazed, three Glazed Blueberries, and three Strawberry Frosted. Total was $12.71. Not bad, about a buck a doughnut. After taxes.
Service was fast, everybody seemed to be cheerful and smiling, and I was understood. The only problem I have with this location is they use Doordash for their delivery service. Why, you ask, is that a problem?
Well, Doordash likes to add to the price of items on the menu. I once ordered a chicken dish from a Korean place that, in the restaurant, costs 15 bucks but when ordered via Doordash cost 20 bucks. And that does not include the delivery fee and service fee and tip.
I checked to see how much it would cost me to have a dozen doughnuts delivered to my condo. Funny enough, and to be totally honest, I think the doughnuts are CHEAPER on Doordash’s menu! BUT adding all the other costs pushed the total price to over 20 dollars for a dozen doughtnuts. Depending on the tip. Then you have to wait for it to show up and hope none of the doughnuts are crushed or that Dunkin Donuts had to replace any of the items because they were not available. Remember that the type of doughnut you order might not be available because they already sold out. On the other hand if you order them in person you can see what is available right on the spot. (Update – tried to order via Grubhub – both orders from this Dunkin’ were cancelled. Was told it was some problem with the connection with Grubhub order service.)
So the Dunkin Donuts near me it great, good to know I can fall back on it if I need to, and with so many in the area you can likely walk to one.
Update – A few days ago tried to order from this location via Grubhub in the afternoon, at around 5 PM, and the order was canceled. They didn’t have donuts. So I ordered 12 Donuts today – 2 Boston Kreme, 2 Chocolate Frosted, 2 Glazed, 2 Chocolate Glazed, 2 Jelly Filled, and 2 Vanilla Creme. IT was delivered pretty fast but most of the donuts don’t match the list. Why did they give me…are those 2 Frosted Sprinkles Donuts? And 2 Chocolate Cake Donuts? I understand if they DON’T have the donuts I asked for…but then why allow me to pick?!?!
Update – 2/21/201 – Finally ordered something from this location besides dounuts. Got the Southwest Veggie Power Breakfast Sandwich, Wake-Up Wrap Southwest Veggie, and a Wake-Up Wrap Beyond Sausage. And THEN I also got a Half Dozen Donuts. And when the ordered arrived the dounuts were the dounuts I had ordered. Wow.
The sandwiches were good and the dounuts were fresh. I think. So it turned out okay. I did get a discount from Grubhub so that was good too.

I came to this location on December 11th 2021 and anticipated the store being open because that’s what it said online plus I’ve been here earlier than 6am before. Store opens at 5am. I drive to the store and attempt to go inside. The door was locked. I could see the employee inside so I called the store and asked what time they were supposed to open. The employee told me 5am and then quickly said I mean 6am. It was 5:42am. I was pretty upset about this because I had a very long drive that morning and could’ve made coffee myself had I known they were going to open an hour later than it stated online.

I was second in line and this guy in font of me was taking his time and then he wanted to make a phone call , so while he is talking on his phone the employee is just watching him. I asked politely “i just want a coffee with a little cream and the guy on the phone, motioned to go ahead “ the employee said no I have too finish this order and continued to just sit and watch the guy on the phone. She had plenty of time to get a coffee, I just left.

Summer time people love Dunkin’ especially with the new cold drinks they offer and I like many others will drink hot coffee no matter how hot. I stopped in for a grill cheese for a friend and a drink for me there was a whole family waiting, I waited at the counter 18 min before I was assisted ( I don’t blame the young lady who was there), I blame the company with staffing, it should always be two people.

For two days they didn’t have any doughnuts but that’s fine what I hate was the customer service I walked in the store wanting to buy some doughnuts no one was there so I spoke loudly to see if there was anyone there they didn’t answer me so I looked over the table and the workers were just sitting down talking and ignoring me finally after ten minutes one of the workers got up and told me what do I need I said why did you guys ignore me for ten minutes she didn’t say anything she just said they didn’t have doughnuts and then I left. The next day I went to get doughnuts I mistakenly asked for vanilla sprinkled when I meant to say chocolate sprinkled doughnut I said I was sorry for my mistake and asked if she could change it she started yelling at me saying didn’t you just say vanilla sprinkled like I know what I said and I made a mistake so I kindly asked her to change it but she was getting so aggressive this place has the worst customer service and is usually out of doughnuts.
