Location is consistently understaffed with slow service!

I came on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a mobile order of a cold brew coffee and a donut. The lone employee was in the back room for the first 15 minutes as I sat waiting, leaving the place completely unstaffed. Eventually 5 more people were standing around waiting to be helped.

I ended up waiting 25 minutes total because the employee forgot the donut I’d ordered. Only after being asked they told me were out of that kind and I chose a replacement.

The coffee and donut tasted fine, but service could be better!

I come to this Dunkin weekly. This location used to be good, but I dont know what happened to the other staff. The new people are horrible. If I could give 1/2 star I would gladly do so. The supposed shift manager on Sunday was completely unprofessional. She left her team of 2 to take and make orders. 1 of the employees had trouble with a machine while making coffee. She called the manager for help who took her time to come out and did not help her with the orders. She skipped a person decided to make her own Large iced beverage instead of the customers drinks who had been waiting for their orders. The “manager ” messed up my drink. She had an attitude and was very rude. She walked right passed me and put my coffee to the side. Completely unprofessional and dismissive.

Walked in the store and immediately noticed that there was water on the floor of the entrance due to rain and water being tracked in. There was not a wet floor sign, no mat to soak up water, or anything to prevent slips or falls. Got to the front of the line and noticed only 2 people working which was not enough for it being a Saturday morning and busy. Ordered 1
hash brown, a pesto breakfast sandwhich, cold brew coffee, and a iced chai. It took about 25 minutes. The food had a terrible metallic taste and we ended up throwing it away. It didn’t taste edible. I also noticed (during my wait for food) that cups were dropped on the floor and picked backed up and served to customers. Gloves were not changed when grabbing items from the back storage and floor and then food was being prepared, touched, and served. Will not be back.

Horrible. Walked in 5 min to closing for a latte and the guy had already started the “20 min” cleaning process. Management needs to pay employees long enough to stay and clean up AFTER closing. Otherwise, stop advertising that customers can get coffee until during open hours. It’s not that hard. And suggesting a customer there during BUSINESS hours drive ten minutes to another location?! It would add almost 40 minutes to my total trip at the end of a long day of working.

Utterly ridiculous, first and last experience, if you’re hoping to go here and get coffee, good luck.

Consistently slow service and very high staff turnover. No product consistency despite things being pretty automated. Drip coffee should be pretty easy, but some how this location can’t manage it.

Love this new location. Awesome set up and new furniture. The on tap coffee looks dope. Staff here is really friendly and this place is kept spotless. Highly recommend this spot as it’s great for people watching as well. Very well lit

My first time in the new “Dunkin” and it is completely different experience from Dunkin Donuts. This is the first store in the area that shows the re-branding of the company Dunkin Donuts. The new Dunkin looks and feels modern. I like the way they display the doughnuts and the way coffee comes out of a tap. They have so many different types. I’ll be trying the Nitro tomorrow and update my review.

Update: Nitro cold brew was interesting. It only comes in one size which is small since it has a lot of caffeine. It’s a smooth tasting coffee with a stronger taste. Not for me, but I’m sure there are people who will love it.

Slowest Dunkin’ Donuts of life! The manager verbally cusses his employees as well. Once in a while I forget how horrible this location is and come in. Go to any other Dunkin’ other than this one

I don’t get donuts often so when in the mood, I decide to get the standard.. Dunkin! This location is a modern spin on the traditional chain but still offers the classics. I love the simple plain donut along with boston creme. This location had fresh donuts along with new coffee flavors! I tried the nitro coffee and it was great, although I’m not sure it’s worth the cost. I’d definitely go back next time I get a donut craving.
