I had a good experience at this store. The counterterrorism was friendly and was making sure to give me a drink worth my money. She seemed dissatisfied with the look and freshness of the coconut refresher I ordered and was honest enough to check the ingredients and offer another type of drink that was more satisfactory and didn’t just give me something to rush me out the door. The store is clean and service is friendly and efficient.

Alway a good moment for me each morning. I am recovering from throat cancer. I finished the chemo and radiation in July. Learning to eat again is a gift with taste buds still restoring themselves and stamina limited. To my great delight I discovered the wonderful JOY OF COFFEE WITH MILK AND SUGAR AT DUNKIN. SHORTLY THERE AFTER I TRIED ENGLISH MUFFINS WITH EGG, HAM AND CHEESE. I CAN GET BOTH THESE TREATS DOWN AND CAN TRULY ENJOY SOME GOOD FOOD. THANK YOU DUNKIN ❤️

This Dunkin Donuts is on Duke St. Alexandria. I have always enjoyed this place the food is much better than McDonalds the wait staff is extremely clean and friendly. I really don’t mind spending my money here

On vacation in Alexandria, been to this location for about 4 visits.. Always got the drinks and order wrong, I understand that she works alone so we were beyond patient and tipped. My husband and I ordered to drinks every visit, never accurately done. On the last visit I always order decaf cause I am not allowed caffeine, the first cup was jet fuel dark as hell after cream was added.. I ordered toasted almond and she was adding hazelnut to it and I sad something she offered to remake it.. And she gave me regular coffee cause it was not jet fuel this time and, my heart is racing and I am still awake. aweful place. Never accurate and Aweful service, not a doughnut left at 4:30pm…won’t ever be back.

Normally my drinks are perfect. The staff is really friendly. They have done things to fix any issues that I’ve encountered. One time I ordered a donut through the app, but they were sold out. So I was able to get any drink I wanted. Another time I ordered two donuts and someone immediately set them aside until I arrived as they were the last two donuts. Unfortunately the last time I went my macchiato was just way too strong. I couldn’t taste any flavor, just espresso and that’s not normally the case. I will still return as their prices are lower than other locations near me and the service is usually superb.

First time to come here and it was a horrible experience, The custom service was not it. I didn’t get her name but it seems from the most recent review that she just started working. She didn’t have any patience, she got my order wrong three times. When I received my hot coffee it didn’t even taste like coffee. It felt more like water. It was horrible. Please work on your customer service more.

Really, Dunkin? Not even peeling the sticker off the lemon? I was having doubts if you’re washing the lemons, but obviously not if you’re not even taking the effort to remove the stickers.

I ordered through Door Dash, large coffee, breakfast sandwich and 3 donuts. The order came. I opened the plastic bag and the first thing I see is the coffee lid in the coffee cup. I pull the cup out and more than half of the coffee is spilled into the cardboard coffee carrier. And of course my sandwich is swimming in coffee. The whole meal was ruined. Oh, and by the way, no donuts. They didn’t have donuts. A Dunkin Donuts with no donuts. I’m leery about using them through a food delivery company now.

I didn’t expect much since I haven’t been to a Dunkin donuts in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised at how big their menu is now. All kinds of fancy coffee’s and breakfast choices other than donuts.

My wife likes donuts.So i usually visit this place to surprise her with some donuts.The donuts that they serve are of good quality and always fresh.They have perfect amount of sweetness.
