Staff were nice, but both drinks in my order were wrong. They made the wrong kind of refresher, and forgot the Chai in my iced chai…so it was just Milk. Also, their register couldn’t scan my app for points or payment and I wasn’t offered any other option or solutions. They just told me it didn’t work without trying to help me. The donuts for donut day were free and yummy though!

I was greeted by a kind Trainee, of Sebele. He was friendly and helpful. Sebele was great. Very patient with the Trainee and got our orders and purchase done without fail. It was pleasant visit and would definitely return.
And for the win!!- The Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew was delicious.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the entire area, do not come here. The past three times I’ve come here they haven’t had any donuts, they refuse to make any hot food items, and today they didn’t even have basic flavors of ice cream like chocolate. When I expressed my concerns to the staff working here, they blew me off by saying that they had a lot of people come in in the morning.

I get places are short staffed, but the service was so slow. Instead of the guy hosing down the shelving, he should be serving customers when the line is near the entrance. The coffee was ok at best. Store was absolutely filthy & the mens restroom, wow nasty. I’ve never seen a place so dirty.

Ice cream they have, if you want a donut though, don’t bother. I’ve been by here numerous times at all times of day in hopes they’d have something and they almost never have much available and after 7 pm really forget it. Picture here at 2:15 pm on a Wed., and not a single donut for sale. When I asked how that’s possible he just said, “We just don’t have any.” service is iffy and selection is non existent.

Breakfast sandwich was good. Coffee was good. One donut was dry the other donut was raw in the middle. Staff was friendly but The service was slow.

This is LITERALLY the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I had an awful experience a couple months ago. Tried it again today thinking maybe it was a one time thing. It’s not. I mobile ordered. Got there and they didn’t even start my order yet. Then they asked me to put my own sugar in because he didn’t want to? The employee seemed drunk. Slurring his words. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. Second time with this awful service and coffee. Will NEVER COME BACK.

For example, does my photo look like a pumpkin cold foam cold brew to you? I tasted it and it’s peppermint and chocolate.

Avocado toast was OK not at all like the pictures…toast with avocado and a bunch of sesame seeds on top. No tomatoes…disappointed. Got a coffee roll doughnut it was so dry and stale it couldn’t be eaten! On a positive note the stuffed mini bagels were delicious!

Early morning stop. This location wasn’t busy when I visited. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was warm and not hot, but did taste good. The staff was friendly and took my order as I walked in.
