If you’re gonna go on National Donut day, GO EARLY! Slim pickings in the afternoon. You think they’d be better prepared for it. Luckily they had the kind i like. Tasty! Slow service, dirty dining area.

This used to be a nice place, Now just poor service, and rude Little girls work here, if you don’t like your job. Nobody wants you there, go home. And why does it take every employee to make a cup of coffee for the drive-through and not one employee at the counter? Don’t walk in they ignore you.

No. Just no. I went through the drive through and they were out of every donut, so I decided to order the avocado toast. I go up to the window, I hand the girl my card and she does not say one word to me, she hands me my box with the toast and then hands me my recipe and my card and still does not say one thing. Not very welcoming. I get home and open my box to see the most horrendous thing. The “avocado” looks like it’s painted on, it tasted like salt sour cream on sour dough. I’m not impressed. Do not come here

The girls that work the drive through are incredibly RUDE!! Maybe next time you’re out of products, try apologizing for the inconvenience instead of saying “nope we’re out of that I can’t make it for you” And forget about trying to make any customizations to your food or coffee, they will ignore it every time and then give you steam when you ask for it to be corrected. I’m sick of the blatant disrespect and will not be a regular customer here any longer. Thanks for nothing Dunkin employees. You’re jerks.

The munchkins were so dry and tasted like they were a day or two old. Iced coffee tasted horrible and came out wrong the first time. The Crispy bacon snack was a greasy soggy mess and didn’t look cooked very long. Just not a great experience and don’t plan on returning.

Went to Duncan donuts at 7:45 rushed over To get there before they closed by 8:00 We were so relieved we made it in time when we went to the window the guy said he was closed I told him it was not 8 o’clock yet he said too bad I can’t believe he said that I will not be back And I will tell my friends how rude you guys are

My husband and I were ordering an ice cream cake for our daughter’s first birthday. We tried ordering online but couldn’t use the coupon we had so we stopped by the store. The person who took the order was polite and professional and took down the instructions we gave in detail. The party was fantasy themed so we chose the unicorn cake. Because of the white frosting in the catalog picture, I asked if there was any white chocolate in the cake. My partner is extremely allergic to white chocolate. The cashier wasn’t sure but a note was put in anyway about the allergy and *not* to use white chocolate in the cake. The cake was picked up the day of the birthday after I called to see if it was ready. We got it back home only to find that the instructions about the white chocolate allergy had been ignored. So my husband had to forego the cake. *They are an ok shop for small orders but I will not be going to them for any more cakes.*

I’m giving them two stars just because the doughnuts are decent. When it comes to being ADA compliant this stop fails big time. It a small local with limited parking and one employee probably the manager or owner I would guess since it’s always the same vehicle uses the handicapped parking as their personal parking spot. Right behind the store is the one and only handicap parking spot and this employee always parks in the hashed out area mane for unloading/loading wheelchairs. Also parking there it blocks the only ramp to get onto the sidewalk. Wheelchair users would have to park somewhere else and come in off a busy street just to gain access to the store. Hopefully the management sees this and corrects the issue

Always the worst dunkin I’ve been too. I’ve been to it multiple times over the years. Either the coffee isn’t made to the order specification, the sandwiches are burnt, the sandwiches don’t come as ordered, or they’re just not serving any hot food. Save your time and frustrations and go to Starbucks.

Haven’t had dunkin in a while due to where I live now. The front store person was super nice and helped me decide which coffee to get. So many choices now!
