Horrible… employees do not listen and are rude. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was completely burnt then asked for 3 doughnuts and two of them were wrong after saying what they were again at the window…

I love this Dunkin’, staff is so warm and welcoming. I spilt my coffee on myself when I got to work after a Dunkin’ run so I went back and they remade it free of charge. This is what excellent customer service looks like! If you guys see this, love you guys! My fave Dunkin’ in Cape by FAR!

Yup. Just like everyone else has said. Bad service. Ordered 1 bagel with cream cheese and got 2 weird donuts instead, like it’s such a simple order and you still mess it up? C’mon man… Retrain your staff…Also never asked if I wanted or gave me a receipt of any kind… Not rad bros.

This location has a great team! The manager is always friendly taking my order and its always a bigger order unfortunately for an office but they are still super fast. This is a good location!!

I’ve been here twice and both times they put granulated sugar in my iced coffee when I ask for liquid cane sugar, which you think would be common sense for an iced coffee. Nobody wants to be crunching on sugar.

Unfortunately this place is filled with incompetent losers that can’t even take your order the right way and don’t you dare tell them they did something wrong because then you’re met with sarcasm and the infamous eye rolling. Management needs to do something. MORE TRAINING NEEDED!!!!

Employee was rude, had to make a return trip because my breakfast sandwich was not in bag. The driest donuts I have ever tried to eat. I threw most out my truck window for the birds. This is the my second time to visit a Dunkin donuts. Both time donuts are very dry. To name you business A donut shop and put out such poor quality is pretty bad. The breakfast sandwich was supposed to be a croissant with chicken bacon and cheese, I am not exaggerating when I say the meat that was on that sandwich was not as thick as a credit card and if there was any cheese you couldn’t see it or taste it. Waste of time and money. Never again.

They can’t get you order right even when you mobile order and it’s in black and white, when you tell them it’s wrong they have an attitude like you’ve done something wrong. The staff is extremely rude talk the entire time your at the window not acknowledging the customer once.
