you guys close at 7 and we placed an order online for pickup at 6:20. if you guys are going to close early you need to at least put a sign up to let people know. very inconvenient.

Poor drive through service. Repeated my order 2x and they still got it wrong (didn’t know the difference between cream filled and Bavarian cream filled). I ended up having to return because I didn’t get my coffee. Who sends a man to work without the coffee he paid for? I will not return. My time is too valuable.

This store is horrible first they tell me I can have my coffee without ice and I know I can I do all the time then I had purchased a refill cup they took the other with attitude and then said we don’t do refill cups all around bad experience with attitude we got we just left no wonder this store does not get much business

We were in Peoria for school event and tried to grab a quick snack for kids. They made an error but quickly realized and corrected our order while we waited in drive through lane. Will give another chance next time we are in the area.

I love Dunkins coffee…the overall coffee in general is great! The prices are pretty good and you get more for your money than other coffee shops and better quality

This Dunkin Donuts is very rude. I placed online order in the Drive-Thru line for the first time. I thought it would be easier. When I pulled up to the speaker she told me it just popped up and to pull around to the window.When I got to the window she handed me my drinks and told me I need to give them time to prepare the order I cannot place it outside of the building.Then she told me I needed to pull around a second time to get the rest of my order. I really do not understand the difference of placing the order online in Drive-Thru line or speaking my order at the speaker …either way it’s going to take the same amount of time. They do not have very good customer service at this location. I have worked fast food before and I understand it can be challenging but I was the only customer there at the time.I will not be returning to this location.
