Tried the peach coconut drink for the first time today and I have to say it was pretty good. I thought it was going to taste like a watered-down Milky version of fruit but it didn’t and I enjoyed it. Nice Quick Service and very friendly, love my Dunkin drinks!

We stopped in on a Wednesday evening so it was not very busy. We were waited on promptly with very friendly service. The lobby was clean and appears well kept except for the garbages were very full. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve used in East Peoria! We will be back.

I come here every morning. I ask for extras in my coffee, NOBODY ever listens. I am a paying customer and you can’t give me what I pay for?? I’ve used my dunkin free drink and it’s NEVER made the way I ask.

Drive-thru is okay as long as there is one specific person there, otherwise they screw up the order, especiallyon the weekends. Not to mention the wait is astronomical on weekends, many times the employess have been messing around or on their phones while there are long lines of people waiting for service. Going inside won’t save time and the last time I was told I have to pay with card or ApplePay because their handheld scanner was broken on one machine and the other was down.

Phenomenal food, but awful, awful experience. Someone named “Amanda” was extremely vicious to some hardworking employees without being prompted—and I could overhear this from the drive through. Disappointing to see that I can no longer support this business, as it supports hostile work environments.

Good coffee bit terrible food,so here’s the story when this dunkin opened I started going had never been to a dunkin before so I thought the food was ok until I went to another dunkin,dunking, put the food here to shame,there have stock issues,you’d think for how much they spent to put the store there the food would be better,glad Creve coure opened one it has to be better.

Im a pretty regular customer and today i had ordered two of your new salted caramel iced lattes. I had ordered one small and one medium salted caramel iced latte. I pulled up to pay at the window and they said $8 something. When the drinks are $3 a piece. I asked why it was 8 something and not $6 and some change. She said the deal is with a medium drink. Ok, well why didnt you suggest to sell and say would you like to make your small a medium? So, i had asked what the price was for a small and she said $4 something. What i was mostly disappointed at that the manager that i was talking to shrugged her shoulders at me and said it says it on the sign and walked away from the window. What customer service! I asked for a refund for my drink to make it a medium and she said i had to pull around the bulding, i have a line. I pulled away and wasnt going to make big deal until i looked down and i had no straws. So, i pulled back through the drive thru and asked for my refund for my drink and asked for 2 straws and all i got was an attitude when i came up to the window. They didnt want to wait on me and had another girl do it. Well the new girl charged me for my drink that i was supposed to be getting a refund for. So i got charged for 3 drinks and i only got two. I also asked for the ladys name that was handling the orders in drive thru and she said her name was Meghan.

Drive thru takes forever every visit. Update 2-20-22 Just went through the drive-thru line and employee was very rude on top of the fact that the bacon on my sandwich is completely raw

I went there early this morning the lady working there was yelling and rude, she didn’t say anything when I pulled up so I said hello! she yelled I’m here by myself your gonna have to wait! one car ahead of me only I left and drove across the street to Starbucks, and the lady also by herself was super nice and helpful! you need to tell your employees customers service is key and if you can’t mutlti task you shouldnt work in food service
