For those that want the short review, if you care about getting what you ordered, go to a different dunkin.
All the employees seem nice enough, but they cannot get my order correctly no matter how I explain it. I would say only 1 time out of 4 they made my coffee right. The funny part is how simple it is.
I order a large coffee, black with extra sugar every time I go to dunkin. I might also get some donuts or a snack but the coffee is why I’m there. I cant have any dairy because I’m lactose intolerant and it will mess me up for a couple hours.
Yesterday, I ordered my coffee and got to work. About an hour or two later, my stomach was destroyed. I took the lid off to find they had added cream. Fine, everyone makes mistakes, so I dealt with it. The only thing I wish I had done is saved the sticker on the coffee so I can see if they made it wrong, or heard me wrong.
Now today, I got my coffee from there again. Large black coffee, extra sugar. I even have the sticker on there saying that exact order. Right about 5 mins ago my stomach started to turn on me. So I pop the lid off again, and surprise surprise, cream again. Now I’m actually kinda mad. If you work at a coffee shop, you should know what black coffee is. If you cant even figure out the most basic of coffees, I dont even want to know how badly mutilated other peoples orders are.
Bottom line, if you have a health reason for ordering what you’re ordering and cant physically afford to have them mess it up like me, do not waste your time at this location. I know some people dont have any issues with any foods, and they might like this place, but for me the stakes are too high to risk them messing up my day a third day in a row, I’ll stick with another Dunkin from now on.

This was the best dunkin experience I have ever had, my latte was made to perfection and the bagel sandwich was the BEST bagel sandwich I have ever purchased from a dunkin, the bagel was warm and everything just went so well together. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyday religiously I go to the Duncan that’s connected to the BP on Hart Street in Dyer indiana. The girls there are absolutely amazing they always take very good care of me they know me by first name. And they have never ever screwed up my order.

They serve perfect donuts, has my last day at my office . I went there to take bunch. They gave me the best and fresh donuts. U can get like 13 dollars a dozen with nice wrapped box. U can serve it on ur birthday to ur colleagues. Perfect place.

The iced coffee was good, so was the donut. I was disappointed that they did not have oat milk. So I settled for coconut milk. It was okay.

After being a loyal customer for 18 years (going daily) today I was asked to not come to their store ever again because once or twice a month I ask them to remake my coffee due to it being made wrong. If you are paying for something you want it made right. The female owner is absolutely rude and discriminatory for asking me to not come back! Maybe if she trained her employees they would know how to make the drink. Will never come back nor will I ever support Dunkin Donuts ever again!

Very nice employees and fast service. Went to get the Valentine’s Day Cookie Dough, Brownie Batter donut and was not disappointed. YUM!
