Morning employees are always great. Lately I have noticed evening employees just want to be “off” or they have closed early. Forcing me to go to another location out of my way.

Ordered my drink through the mobile app and used my free drink reward. First thing the cashier said was “this isn’t paid for” even after I said “I had a mobile order” and had the receipt. He didn’t even bother to check if that was the correct drink and it sure wasn’t. I ended up leaving because the guy was so rude and I didn’t have time for arguing.
I know it was busy but staff definitely needs to be more friendly. It’s not the first time they’ve messed up my order.

Customer service is not something that Dunkin seems to value – the employees do not even try to be polite and act inconvenience if you ask them for anything. I went through the drive through asked for a half-caff Americano, which I have ordered before. The lady said “we can only make coffee drinks half-caff, not americanos.” I said, in a polite tone, -“but an americano is espresso and water, don’t you guys have decaf espresso?” She let out the longest, loudest sigh, and then said shortly, “yeah, we do, fine. Anything else?”

I didn’t exactly ask for super complex drink. She just didn’t want to make it. She could lied and told me they were out or something and that would have been an improvement from the response I got.

And it’s not just think Dunkin. Every Dunkin I’ve been to, the employees are grumpy and seriously sound like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be there either.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, the guy who YELLED at me through the drive thru speaker was the apparently the owner. He should not be allowed to own a franchise with the way he treats customers. I left, without my order, and will never go back.

Terrible customer service. They seriously need new employees and management. One of the girls was insanely rude and the other one just watched her and said nothing. We called and asked for the manager and then asked for their bosses number and was told that they can’t give it to us and to look online.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman handing drinks out today (10am-ish) is seriously my favorite person on the planet. I always get coffees on my worst days and she makes sure I leave with a smile every time. This has been my 3rd or 4th experience with her and she’s honestly the best. As a manager, she’s the type of employee we need more of in the world!❤️

Terrible customer service at the drive through. The staff member was very rude, no personality or customer care what so ever. Dunkin’ Donuts should really consider who they put in front of their customers. This individual should never been in the public sector or at least be trained on how to greet people paying their salary.

I ordered my coffee with oatmilk as I’m lactose intolerant. When handed my coffee, the color looked off so I double checked as I’m BEING UPCHARGED for oatmilk I expect it. They were adamant it’s oatmilk. I drive away and taste my coffee. It’s creamer. I can’t drink it. I’ve been trying to call back for 20 mins but the phone is always busy. I’ll stick to the east peoria location. They know how to take care of their customers.

The Dunkin on sterling is so packed always and it’s inconvenient to go there before work, so I began using the university Dunkin. One time my order was incorrect and I asked the man (assuming it was the owner or manager) if my coffee he was trying to hang me a large. He argued with me and told me I ordered a medium. (I had my son with me who verified what I said). He had me pull forward and then brought me the large coffee and stated…”you said medium” and walked away. When I got to work I noticed he must have just poured my medium coffee into a large cup and gave it to me . Today I went after mos of not going and my order was wrong..again. There is no sense in calling bc the owner/manager will just argue with you. His customers are never right at his store.
