I love how fast they serve at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The line goes very quickly. Even during the morning rush. Their drive-through menu was broken, but no big deal if you know what you want. Breakfast sandwiches were A+

Very disappointed with the GENERAL MANAGER Tiffany, something that was advertised in black and white for 1.86 rang up 1.99. Although only 13 cents, she refused to reduce the amount. I put said item back. In addition, this is apparently a COFFEE CAKE muffin???This is a creme filled donut, not even a teaspoon of creme.

The Young Lady was so pleasant, sweet & patient! Iced coffee was perfect, and the gentleman was very polite as well! Stopped by @ 9am this morning & it made my day! Officially my favorite Dunkin’ location now!

Had a new guy working they’re who took our order. He was adorable. I ordered the Supreme Cake Batter latte and it was really really good. Could have used a little more cream, but still good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I usually go to the Dunkin on Tennessee but i was closer to the North Monroe location. Big mistake. I get my usual Mocha Frozen Coffee. I paid and the lady working the cash register gave me the wrong change twice. As they give me my drink it looks extremely dark. I take a sip and it just tastes like they put chocolate in a blender with Skim milk and handed it to me. I ask if they could remake it politely and that’s when they gave me attitude. I hear them talking about me and when I said excuse me they close the window. They told me the mangers name but I forgot it. Please do something with your crew.

If I could give a lower rating I would. My family and I have been to many Dunkin’ locations, but this is by far the worst. The customer service of the woman taking our order in the drive thru was absolutely, unforgivably atrocious. I’ve never felt so rushed or rudely treated when we were simply trying to order coffee. She kept interrupting our order to say she was on a timer and needed us to move along (despite the fact at it was 5:45 am and there was only one car behind us), so we didn’t feel comfortable even getting what we came through for. She didn’t add near enough sweetener or oat milk to my drink, even though we paid extra. And perhaps worst of all, she glared at my mom for pausing a moment to look for my sister’s phone in the drive thru line. I’m advising everyone in the area to go to Krispy Kreme next door instead, which seems to be the kinder alternative.

Quick drive thru! Friendly service and the order was correct. The stuffed everything mini bagels were amazing! The hash browns were seasoned heavily which is different than other drive thru restaurants. Sour cream donut was awesome.

Always super fast, friendly, and efficient. I get breakfast and a coffee here at least once a week, sometimes more.

Came in early. Sat in parking lot for at least 30 min because they did not open on time. Gave some extra time to get situated and then when I went to go inside. Nope, the lobby is closed for “training.” What? I’m not buying it considering I have not seen anyone inside getting trained. It appears the real reason is there is only one person working. Sat here looking at past reviews. Glad I don’t have investment in Dunkin. If so, I’d be selling, and fast.
