Dunkin has the best coffee around. But it is no longer worth the wait.

I walked in, no one greeted me. I watched my watch and it took exactly 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us standing there. That was only after I asked the woman in front of me if she was waiting to order. That made one of the I would assume mangers, Mattie to get off his phone and stop having a casual conversation in the corner with another employee and come over to take our orders.

I placed a curbside order but came inside because the semi unloading their product was blocking the lane to drive through to get to the front of the store.

I waited 30 minutes and after people that ordered after me started getting their coffee I let the guy at the to go order station know I was leaving and was no longer going to wait for my coffee. Which I already paid for. He just said okay, I will let them know.

We have been having these issues with this location for a long time. We have waited 30 minutes or more every single time. I thought it was lack of staff and always given grace. I NEVER leave a bad review for anywhere because I get it. But this is not acceptable. So many customers were visibility upset waiting in the lobby for their coffee and there was no sense of urgency from the staff and lacked any kind of management. I hope they can figure out what is not working for them and can start serving the community in a timely manner.

I have had a horrible experience with the Jenison Dunkin’ so far. I ordered two Boston crème donuts today and they forgot one of them and needed reminding and when I did get them, they both looked like this. Completely unappetizing and soggy. They had a promotion of a board outside of the store offering $1 off their green tea refreshers but they won’t give you the discount unless you ask them to speak to the manager to get the discount applied. I am from the Chicago area and have had great luck with Dunkin’ there however this Dunkin’ needs some work. They are horrible.

I know there is a common running joke about the quality of Dunkin on Tiktok but my experience at this location has been so overwhelmingly positive! My food is always hot and fresh and my drinks taste great every time. I’m happy to have this as another coffee option nearby.

I know it was very busy today but the guy with pink hair in charge of the food needs to be let go. I waited over 20 minutes for an order of snacking bacon… I feel that could have been accomplished in under 10 at most even with how busy it was..


Have been here 4 times because I have always loved Dunkin’ when traveling to other towns. Yet every single one of these 4 times my order has been wrong . And one of them was 2 wrong orders in the same day ! I don’t know who is letting these children run the windows with no training . New hires should not just be thrown on window for they are the least likely to know the menu . Definitely done trying to come here . 4 times. 4 disappointments. And every time you were corrected of your mistake at the window I was returned with arguments on how it’s made like that already. Horrible customer service.

Have been at this store 3 times in the past 3 weeks to try and order frozen caramel coffees only to be told, each time, that something to make these drinks “is on backorder!” Can only imagine how many sales, including mine, have been lost because of this. Fortunately, Starbucks has been just around the corner, each time!

They don’t really live up to the DD standards I’m used to. There’s always a long wait even if no one is inside. It seems like you get priority treatment if you go through the drive-thru.

Today I bought 50 Dunkin munchkins.
I asked for 20 chocolate and 30 jelly filled. I was told I could only do 25 chocolate and 25 jelly filled. Seriously? I’m spending over $12 for a box of munchkins and I can’t even get the mix that I want?

I think I’m done with this DD. Not worth the drive from Holland.

We went inside and it took us 30 minutes to get two sandwiches and two coffees. Meanwhile, two managers were both doing interviews with cars in drive thru literally wrapped around the building. Step in and help the team not fail, managers. Poor performance,Dunkin.
