Have a 4 hour drive home. Needed to get a coffee and use the bathroom. Google AND the hours posted on the door said open 24 hours, yet the door was locked. Went through the drive through and the lady said they were closed. Either they need to change their hours or the lady just didn’t want to serve us. Dunkin Donuts do better.

Was told by the same African American lady that the ones are not clean and it be 6:00pm there’s no way you shouldn’t be serving hot foods around that time! And it’s been numerous of times this same lady has did this to me and my bf! When she’s there the ovens never work or the ovens are not cleaned???? That’s very weird to me and I would like for somthing to be done!

Was told a couple nights ago by a young female that they are no longer serving food for the rest of the night. Suspicious as that sounded, I ordered Doordash 2 minutes later and physically witnessed my food being made and picked up from the same location. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she can’t handle drive thru orders **and** Doordash orders so she made the decision to stop in person orders. Wish there was a more honest answer given to me.

Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I was overcharged for a hot large tea and when I asked the cashier about it he was hostile and denied his mistake using strong language. First and last time going there for me. People I work with comment all the time about poor service and lack of management intervention

Stay away from this place. The girl tells me “we’re not serving food at this time”. What? I thought she was joking. They microwave everything and I know this because every time I do get food it’s so hot you can’t eat it right away

It’s unfortunate that Rochester has such a problem with its homeless population ontop of its usual disruptors. This Is one of the only places to get a drive-through cup of coffee in the whole inner city! This particular location needs an influx of investment to tidy itself up. the employees have always been polite, but almost get into an altercation just trying to queue for the drive-thru because of the different directions you can pull in off the street. Hope they fix this place up

They serve breakfast sandwiches after the other places have stopped! Sometimes I want or need a breakfast in the late morning hours! Love them

I ordered from this place 2 times. Both times were a disaster. The first time I ordered 3 sandwiches with no cheese because I can’t eat dairy. They put cheese on every sandwich. The second time I ordered 3 glaze and 3 blueberry glaze donuts. They gave me what they wanted to and not one donut was glaze. They were hard literally crunched in my mouth. Disgusting. I will never order from this place again.

This is the worst place in the universe. It is been years and years and it has just not improved. the food is always wrong and bad the floor is sticky the counters are disgusting employees not wearing gloves properly. A few of the employees are sweet as pie but there’s absolutely nothing they can do to provide a good customer experience. Dunkin’ donuts should cut ties with this location and distance themselves from it forever. The construction they are doing is not going to improve anything.

Went in the store to buy a gift card. Had to wait a few minutes even though the place was empty. The transaction was efficient.
