The workers at this location are extremely kind and always willing to fix your order if they don’t have something in stock. Just today their oven was broken and they gave us an extra donut and said if we came back later we could get the rest of our order, and we did and it was great!! And they are always so nice and friendly, by far my favorite dunkin because the staff is super kind!!!

The line was HUGE.
Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Got my order quick once I could put it in but they’re WAY understaffed. They had only one employee at the busiest time of the day. And the one employee was running around like crazy back there trying to keep up with all of them while trying to take orders at the same time.

Don’t go to this location if you want any type of esspresso! According to the workers their espresso machine is broken & has been for over 3 months already. In the past three months I’ve went there to order a latte they always tell me it’s broken. They should put up a sign on the door saying their espresso machine is broken so people who want espresso dont waste their time going to this location. Ive also did a few mobile orders for an iced latte and when i went to pick up they tell me they cant make it because the machine is broken, mind you I already paid for my order on the mobile app. This has happened quite a lot to me & ive literally wasted money paying for a latte that I dont receive. Ive also went in person & ordered an iced latte & one of the workers tried to pawn off an iced coffee to me like I couldnt tell the difference between an iced latte vs iced coffee. Once i already paid for the iced latte & he never even offered me a refund. Im not sure if they can’t afford a new but one but geez, 3 months is extremely long to not have a new or fixed espresso machine. So unfortunately I can no longer go to this location because they don’t serve what it is I want due to the lack of equipment.

They only have one worker in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous for a Dunkin’ donuts. It’s been ongoing like this for years and the owners need to decide if they want to be in business or not

I waited a literal five minutes because the girl behind the counter was asleep. I ordered several things for my nephew and just a small cider for myself. The cider tasted like hot dishwater. I am not a fan.

This is my go to DD. My order is always ready. Staff is super friendly. I stopped going to the one by my house. This one here is number 1 for me. I ha enever had any issues with the mobile app or had to wait. They give awesome service.

You can’t possible schedule one employee on a Saturday morning. I know her, she’s a very hard worker, but that does not give you the right to over work her. Treat your employees better! I watched numerous people leave the line after waiting for a long time.

This restaurant gets only 1 the cashier/barista is the only reason. I’m here an been here for more than 25 min waiting. Her supervisor is aware that business would pick up today and still decided to only schedule 1 person to work. They need more help. 2 city workers left and I did as well. I will not be back. If you value your time do not go here.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Employees are constantly closing the store early, I went in 45 mins before I closed and they couldn’t serve me anything but a hot coffee cause they had already put everything away. They’re already only open for a few hours a day?! This has happened on numerous occasions.
