Although I have only been to this DD’s location about 3 times, all 3 visits have been pretty good.
The last time I was there, the 2 frozen coffees my sister and I got were really strong like “coffee stuck at the bottom bitter type of strong” but with all the pumps of this and splashes of that, caramel, whipped cream on them/inside the cup that still didn’t help? So because our mom only lives 2 mins from this location and they were not cheap enough to just let it go(because what I didn’t know but what my daughter who’s worked at the DDS in Chili Walmart, said it’s 25 cents for every pump u ask for? A lot of these DD employees don’t give the customers all the pumps they ask for, but then get attitudes because a coffee person knows exactly how their coffee should taste like? )
I do agree with the drive thru time being very long, and there shouldn’t be a reason because the inside was empty and ppl in front of us in DT, were only getting drinks handed out the window to them, but then we noticed that only 2 female employees was there alone? The young lady at the window was the sweetest employee I’ve came across in the longest time!!! I hope y’all are sitting down for this one…..SHE ACTUALLY ASKED WHAT KIND OF BITTER WAS OUR DRINKS??? So after being shocked we finally told her they tasted like bitter old coffee at the bottom of the coffee maker. She took the time to clean everything out remade our drinks, we tasted them, told her she should be “Employee of the Year” and left!
Ijs, if some employees tried harder to get orders right instead of just giving customers attitude(and vice versa, because I know some customers are difficult and nasty to deal with)things would run smoother? Have a blessed day everybody!!!

No longer worth going here until corporate can correct it’s staffing and supply issue.
I believe they may be short handed due to the clearly fed up and unsupported staff, the 20 minutes I sat to even place an order in the drive thru (being the only car there) and three separate occasions where it’s taken 45 minutes to get out of the drive thru area with a substitute because they do not have most product.
Sucks because this place is on the way to work.

Coffee is always great, some of the staff at this ocation tho… not so great. One of the staff was arguing with and cussing at the manager on shift, while there were customers in the store.

Was there this morning got a coffee an two donuts. Went back out to the car and the lid popped off the coffee (wasn’t on tight) spilled all over the car both front seats and on myself . They offered me another coffee I said no I wanted a full refund (donuts got soaked to) at first they said no, but gave in cause I wasn’t giving up.reportedto corporate Now fighting to get my seats cleaned. Must have a bad batch of cups and lids or employees that don’t know how to put them on cause I wasn’t the only one found that out from corporate and the mgr spilled the also. They are refusing to take the blame

Terrible customer service!
I went to this location on 1/6/22 around 2pm and can honestly say I’ve never received such nasty attitude in my life. The girl at the window was so rude. I ordered a sandwich, drink, and separate double espresso. I only received one espresso shot and was told the other espresso was inside of my drink. Despite knowing this is NOT what I ordered, the girl was extremely argumentative and nasty to me. 1) She assumed both drinks were only for me and 2) She gave attitude over an order she knew was wrong.
Despite her finally agreeing to fix the order, I was so put off by the encounter that I didn’t even eat or drink it. Actually ended up stopping elsewhere (Tim Hortons on Lake Ave) where I received excellent service.
Will never stop here again! Management should be ashamed and do remedial training for this employee.

Very disappointed in the coffee from the Lake Avenue, Charlotte location today 11/9/21 ~ 5.33 PM. From the drive-thru I was initially told they didn’t have decaff coffee, then suddenly it was available. The 2 medium coffees order were luke-warm at best. Admittedly I have visited this location in a while. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon.

They were pretty busy and I had to wait a while in the drive thru. Wait time seemed slightly above average for the number of cars in line. Order was correct except for one missing item I went inside for.

I go to this Dunkin three to four time a week. Their orders are accurate most of the time. Getting your order can be pretty slow sometimes. Not sure if they are short staffed or short on training but there are times you wait 10+ mins for a coffee when you are the only person in line. Other times you get it in just a few minutes. Overall nothing spectacular here just another Dunkin.
