I’m addicted to the ice coffee. However, I suggest getting the app. The lines and weight can be really long. Quite often the employees work really hard to not make eye contact to acknowledge your existence, especially if you have an issue. They focus on the drive-thru and the people standing at the register everyone else is invisible. They’re also really chintzy with the cream cheese. You would think it’s coming out of their paycheck.

Ended up throwing out my (hot) Chai latte. it was luke warm and tasted like pure sugar. Sad. Don’t ever go there within the last hour of closing . Felt rushed ended up throwing out my drink.

Horrible service. The first time I ordered two drinks with less sugar for my diabetic mom and aunt. The employee put three pumps of the flavor shots, so when my mom and aunt drank it they automatically realized how sweetened it was. I read the label and asked him about it, he was confused and when he finally understood he took back the cups they had drank from. I thought he would toss it out but instead he apparently put more coffee into those cups and just handed it back to me. The drinks did not taste different at all! The cups at this point had coffee stains all over and was sticky. My mom and aunt ended up just tossing it out. This time when I went it was a different worker at first who took my order but then that same worker from that day handed me my drinks. Again not only were the cups so dirty and stained, but there was hair on the top of the cup and both cups had dirty tops. I actually got nauseous. Don’t go to this location.

I work at the vet hospital nearby and I travel to this DD quite often for my caffeine fix before work. I use the app so they know me quite well.
Today, Thanksgiving 2020, they asked, “Are you going to the vet?” To which I replied, “Yes”.
Then I was handed a cup of plain munchkins and they told me, “These are for the dogs there. Happy Thanksgiving!”
I didn’t even ask for these and they knew me and my job well enough and were so kind to give us something for the pups here.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. You made some very sweet dogs very happy today!!!
