Dunkin’ Reviews

Blind trust report: 4 out of five stars… Prompt and friendly waiters; walk your food behind a Partition draw‘s concern. If you care about that awareness.
In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant? Food for thought
Each server: 4 stars: trust each server
Blind trust level: 4 stars; service semi visible inside, food preparation semi visible inside.

Please someone make them close this shop. Everytime I order from Dunkin on Ramsey there is an issue, whether they are out of products, short staffed, or the food is stale. I uber eats’d a dozen doughnuts one morning around the holidays while I got ready for work. Brought them in and they were like hockey pucks. And this morning I got a bagel that I ordered toasted but was not only not toasted but doughy in the center like it was raw.. And the cream cheese was rancid.. I gagged when I bit into it. This place is the worst. Just shut it down. Plenty of good options along Ramsey. Avoid this store. If only you could smell this picture.

They need to pay attention to orders, it was said a medium coffee, 2 creams and sugar on the side. Well she put the sugar on the side and decided she would put my cream in. This is what I got, the whole purpose of me saying on the SIDE. Wasted

Not the cleanest location inside. I am okay driving to the next nearest Dunkin if I feel the urge.

Inside never clean. Always out of donuts and waffle cones. When they do have waffle cones they’re stale. I’ll drive the distance to go somewhere else no problem..

Ended up going here for a promo I had and ended up choosing their Power Breakfast Sandwich. It came with a small thin bagel-like bread with a sausage patty, eggs, and some cheese. The overall taste of the sandwich was okay and had that ‘school cafeteria’ quality to it that comes across as simple. Visually it had that ‘reheat and assemble’ kind of look too. It was what I was expecting for a fast food establishment so it is what it is.
The establishment interior was a bit disheveled and not made for sitting in due to COVID-19. The customer service was okay and just what you would expect also. They are more adept at taking drive-in orders than in-house.

When we stopped in at about 8:30pm the signs were not lit and we weren’t sure if they were open. There was not a large selection of donuts to choose from. The staff were friendly though and verified our order. I did not enjoy the DnD coffee this time. Usually it is decent. Could be because it was on the burner a while. We will need to visit earlier in the day and see how the selection is at a different time of day. The “newsy” channel on the tv kept repeating the same commercial, which became annoying.

What you get when you order a breakfast sandwich – cold, rubbery and WHERE IS MY BACON!?!? Dunkin’ Donuts is slipping – long line and overpriced, poor quality food.

It was dark and the board to order from wasn’t even lit. Asked to turn on, they said on a timer. Asked for any fresh donuts, NO.
I thought Dunkin Donuts was a donut place. Its as bad as the one in Clinton.
Nothing is ever good. Sorry, but true.
