Beautiful place, nice location, and good choices of products. However this place cannot make sandwiches or toast. Every time, I have to turn back and ask them I order toast not sandwich.

There was quite a long wait in the drive thru despite ordering ahead. But the staff was very pleasant and the items were delicious. They tend to be short-staffed quite a bit. The company should offer their employees more so people want to work there and stay. Otherwise, the good ones that do stay get slammed, angry customers, and lower stars.

I stopped by this location soon as I got to town. I was in need for a Cold Brew coffee…And the young lady that took my order was GREAT…PLUS when I got to the window, I was greeted by twins. Customer Service is everything to me. So PAYTON is the best, and my COFFEE was great also… I’m from Fayetteville but I no longer live here. But when I come back to visit my parents I will DEFINITELY COME TO THIS LOCATION !!!!

Seriously the WORST dunkin I have EVER been to. Don’t waste your time !! Cheese is never melted on sandwiches (always cold), they are always out of everything, the wait is super long and the girls there have an attitude every single time….

***Update….. Told myself I’d give it one last try… well I ordered a large frozen coffee.. got a LG cup filled half way with coffee and the rest whipped cream.

Customer service is terrible. Man sweeping behind the counter saw but didn’t greet us. Someone had to tell him to take care of me and my daughter. Just stared at me until I said something. Asked for two donuts and he left his dirty glove from sweeping to grab donuts. Gross. I had to ask him to change his glove. Managers need to do better training.

Ordered a Cappy Blast… it is advertised with whipped topping and caramel. When they gave it to me, it was missing the toppings. Obviously I asked and he said I would of had to requested it… and then acted like it was an extremely difficult ask. He did add the topping, but the 3 ladies working had disgusting looks on their faces when they saw the other worker adding the topping on for me. It’s just not good business.

The staff here has really bad attitudes like they don’t want to be at work. I would recommend skipping this store if you want to have a good experience where you spend your money. Also, I ordered Medium drinks and not a single one of them were filled to the top. My cappuccino was only half full.

This is the absolute worst place ever. They never have anything stock. Why advertise an item and never have it available? I went to the drive thru Sunday and ordered one scoop Oreo on a fancy cone. The lady says, “don’t have Oreo and no fancy cones” ok.. well can I get one scoop of mint chocolate. She says, “we don’t have that either.” They don’t have the flavors on the board outside. So I asked for a refresher, they didn’t have them. I pulled off and had to drive to another business to eat ice cream. It’s not the little teenagers that bother me, it’s the poor leadership. Not to mention a girl was bagging up dirty trash another day and proceeded to get my food with the same nasty trash can she touched with no gloves on. Then had to audacity to have an attitude when I said something. I will never buy her again. Close the entire store down asap!! Or fire your leadership

Not perfect but I happened to go on the first day they opened so wasn’t expecting perfection. Personable, friendly service though wait time wasn’t great and there seemed to be some minor confusion with prep. Huge selection of sandwiches, coffee and ice creams. A tad pricey for me, over $17 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I’m not a big fan of large chain stores for coffee (prefer to patronize locally owned cafes) but may try again if I have a hankering for Jamocha Almond Fudge. Hopefully the staff/management will have it up to speed and all-around service will be improved.
TIP: the parking lot ingress/egress might be confusing. Don’t turn like you’re going to Zaxbys (you’ll come out from there), go just pass the Dunkin and turn right into the curved one way entrance. There’s a poorly placed “do not enter” sign that from the road looks like it’s for that right turn.

I went September 19th ordered and coffee and two sandwiches… the coffee was watered down and the bacon on the sandwiches wasn’t cooked.

I decided to give them another try considering there isn’t another dunkin around and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese and they just gave me a cream cheese bagel but charged me for the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I ended up having to turn around and go back..

Two days in a row with awful service? I think they need to look for a new team because this is just unacceptable. Will definitely be making my stuff at home now for sure.
