Walked in today and got a large Chai Latte, 3 donuts, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Karen who took my order worked hard making other orders and also took my order, and handled my food properly and efficiently under 2 minutes. She was very kind and hardworking. Loved my food. Thank you again Karen!

The service at this location is slipping. The wait times are getting excessive. Management needs to step up and train the staff to be better. It wasn’t always like this.

Let me begin by saying that I am not a cop and yet I love doughnuts. Especially dunkin’ donuts (no offense Tim Hortons – your coffee is still great). But days when I am really depressed, it is the doughnuts here that lift my mood. Must be all the added sugar. Well if it does the work, even for two hours, who am I to complain. Five stars. My favorite depression place.

Exceptional customer service from the staff while I was there purchasing goods for a present. They even provided a gift bag and tissue paper to make the gift complete. I love that everything was easily accessible. Quick process….and the jelly donut and coffee was good too.

I’ll preface this with a disclaimer: I am a Starbucks fan. But Dunkin happens to be within walking distance and that’s how I ended up here on Mother’s Day while we waited for the other boys to wake up.
The mocha blended coffee was actually pretty decent although I forgot to ask for almond milk so it was really rich and tasted like it had 3 million calories. These blended drinks are ok but will never replace frappuccinos. At all. Not even close.
I also bought a 1/2 dozen donuts which were fresh, especially the sour cream donut. The mom donuts were really pretty and I appreciated the time someone took to write on each donut.
The lady at the counter was nice.
It took a stupid amount of time for them to make our 1 drink tho, but it was a busy morning so I’ll let it slide. 4 stars based on expectations of Dunkin, not based on expectations of coffee. Take that as you will.

Pulled up to the drive thru and waited for at least 6 minutes. Then placed my order at 9::40 am, with only 2 cars in front of me. Then, at the window, the server asked me, what kind of donuts, I had????? I ordered two donuts and an everything bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage. I had to ask for the receipt, as she had not intended to give it to me. The receipt stated the check was closed at 9:49. $7.31 total. Why am I stating ALL of this? The everything bagel, had very little on it. The egg was cold, and the sandwich was not at all tasty. The Boston cream donut was wrong. Alas, the pumpkin donut was good. Would I venture to this location again, probably NOT.

Placed a simple order of 2 coffees and 2 warmed up snack and bacons, once I pulled up to pay I only received 2 coffees, informed the young lady at the window I ordered two warmed up snack and bacons added the order and paid, comes out with just one and cold. She states they serve them room temperature ( which at other locations I do get them warmed up with no problem) added another order and I paid for the third time, cause would get the simple order right from the begging. It seems it was a problem for her and gave me a nasty look/attitude and told me to pull forward to the sidewalk. Waited for about 5-10 minutes for two warmed up Snack and bacons ! They need to work on their customer service and how to make caramel hot cappuccino! It tasted like milk, didn’t add caramel and at other occasion it tasted like dirt! Gave it another try today, and this it what I get. No longer visiting this one again!
