So while they have a giant line, the employees are on their cell phones behind the coffee machines surfing the web. The manager’s right there can see the whole thing and could care less. No one would ever use an airport Dunkin’ donuts unless they had absolutely no choice. I think I’ll go without…

I had a quick moment in between flights today to grab a chai and something to eat, and the man who was working was very sweet and efficient. It’s people like him who really brighten your day! He also helped make sure that my drink was made to my liking and had a perfect suggestion.

I went to order a latte at 6:40 when my flight had been delayed. The girl was annoyed when I asked if she was still open because one of the gates was down. She said she couldn’t make a drink because she closed in 10 minutes. I’ve worked at coffee shops before and I know you want to get out early, but if you close at 7- you should be open and able to make drinks until then.

Not sure why Dunkins at the airports are just not that great. I know that on some you see one just outside the flight, and it looks like a dream coming true after a long flight. But it is just OK.

New employee didnt know how to make specialty coffee, didnt know how to use register with gift card purchase. Had a mask around his chin but not covering his face. Put on gloves but didnt wash hands first and he touched gloves over. As he was making food, coughed into his elbow then continued to make my food. I threw it right into the trash . This is a pandemic and we need to be extra careful. Shame on Dunkin Donuts for not training properly especially at an airport!

I just ordered at this location. On the way to the gate to catch our plane my wife I noticed that the cream cheese we ordered was not in the bag. I returned to the counter and instead of being helped I was told to go to the back of the line. I explained the issue but the cashier told me that I didn’t order anything and that unless they found my order that they couldn’t give a side of cream cheese. I calmly explained what took place as she continued to search through her order screen to prove that I wasn’t a customer. Finally after a few minutes she find the order and without any apology and a very nasty attitude gave me the cream cheese. I wouldn’t have written this but to my shock the owner of the location PAULA VIEIRA was sitting there watching the whole thing!! When I asked for the general managers info she stepped forward and rudely began to support her employees behavior. Finally the manger of the store SCOTT ALLEN came out and apologies for both of their behavior. Is this the type of service we should receive because they are the only DD in the airport. I guess because I was in my sweatsuit and not my business suit that I don’t deserve customer service.

My husband and I flew for a quick trip to NYC. I have to say I had the most efficient, friendly service I’ve ever experienced at a local Rochester Dunkin at this location. The manager handed me my food. Wish this crew worked at the Greece locations!

Sign on door says they are open 24 hours. Different sign on door says they close at 9 PM. I get there at 7:15 PM they’re closed. Check the website, they close at 7 PM. Kinda hard to give a good review when I couldn’t even get food there.

My low expectations were exceeded. This DD opens at 5AM but this morning they opened shop 20 min early to find at least 50 people lined up clambering for their morning coffee. Despite seemingly poor employee attitudes, they did deliver a high quantity of service to the early morning crowd, so, giving them a little credit for speed.
