The young lady working this afternoon was a great blessing to me as I’d been working all night and going first thing this morning I’m so exhausted. She made sure that I had enough to eat and was very professional. Even the young man who was with her did a great job in serving me. Very satisfied customer as it’s not the first time I’ve been in this Dunkin and every time it’s been a wonderful experience. Thank you young lady and young man for such great serve. The photo is of the thing I love to eat the most from Dunkin Snackin’Bacon and Frozen chocolate .

They might be quick but they get nothing right! I ordered a black coffee and it says it on the cup, but when I opened the lid to add some water, it has cream in it! Annoying!! I have allergies! Pay attention workers! What a waste of money! (and referring to the coffee and DD morning workers)

The Slowest Drive Through ever! No other complaints. Whether there are 10 cars or one car! The services are extremely slow. If you are in a rush just watch out. Friendly staff though.

Ordered a coffee after being skeptical in the past since service and understanding hasn’t been the best but today….THE ICED COFFEE for my daughter was 100% to her satisfaction ❤ great job guys! And shout out to Mel working hard as always and doing a GREAT job

From what I can analyze from the prior reviews I would just say be prepared to be treated however their feeling atm because idk if the entire staff is rude in general? Or they are just selective with whom they decide to serve Dunkin’ Donuts customers who they only encounter for maybe 5 mins.. food was good! Good job dunkin!

The employees close early. Showed up at 655 and couldn’t order because they shut down the doors and the drive thru early. Terrible service if you shut down before business hours. I’d fire whoever made that decision lol. Not funny though.

This location is normally hit or miss for my husband and I but yesterday, 9/22/2020 made it the final straw. We won’t be coming back to this location. We’ve been going to this location since we moved here from Texas, and normally its hit or miss. Yesterday not only did they get our order wrong and refuse to fix it but I got sick from the cream cheese. It didn’t taste how the cream cheese is supposed to. It was sweet and sour. My husband called and one of the managers was really sweet and said she’d refund him and this was her name.,. Turns out it was the wrong store. He goes back yesterday night and the two guys said there was no managers so they couldn’t do it. He goes back this morning, 9/23/20. they refund him, only 10$ in cash, when the entire order was wrong, and there was a double charge on my debit card. Called customer service, waiting to hear back from the franchise owner. I hate being a pain in the butt, but this was not a good experience and dunkin normally has wonderful customer service, so you can say I was shocked.
