This is my absolute favorite Dunkin’ and my drink is always made right but the food is hit or miss sometimes they forget an item or sometimes it’s over cooked.

Terrible. My go to drink is typically these flavors but with only 2 of each. The drink tastes like milk with espresso. there was no flavoring added and no sweet n low. This place almost always messes up my order, but I hadn’t been there in months so I thought I would give it another go. I’ll stick to the one on Merle Hay and Aurora. Never have an issue with them.

Quite a surprise. This is the first Dunkin donuts I’ve gone to that wasn’t slammed. As usual they had a variety of donuts and breakfast items as well as coffee/tea assortment.
The bathroom was clean as well.

There is really long lines. Last time I was there, they were out of donuts. You could only see the sign when you were placing your order and it was too late to get out of line.

Only reason I’m giving a 2 star is due to the relatively politeness of the lady I spoke to. When doing delivery orders, if you don’t have a good in stock, let the driver know. This can be something as simple as leavi g a note on the order or verbally telling them. They have customer numbers usually and can reach out to the customer for substitutions. I would much rather wait a little longer for my order than to have paid $13+ for a coffee and bagel to not get the bagel at all.
Note to any drivers: take initiative to double check orders and please have a bit more common sense.

Had no donuts. Donut shop without donuts. Hashbrowns were burned and tasted oily.

Not very good at hearing the order which over a speaker i can only imagine its tough anyway but the breakfast is good, and the frozen coffee is good. I like that they are the only ones open when the working man/woman is out and about trying to get to work. Service is slow is the only down fall. Other that that 5 stars

listen. i have never had a bad experience here. but this morning when i was ordering, for one, i was making sure she got the order i said because sometimes it’s difficult to hear over the speakers, and she raised her voice at me in frustration. now, not sure if she was frustrated at me, or herself, but i didn’t appreciate it either way. then, when i was finished with my order she cut me off and told me to pull up at the window. luckily i was finished, but if i hadn’t been this review wouldve been a lot more mean. they weren’t busy, so she wasn’t rushed, and i don’t know if she was new and couldn’t find the buttons for my order, but i did not appreciate the attitude that was portrayed.
