How do you mess up coffee? Twice! The first time, ordered two large iced coffees with French vanilla LIGHT AND SWEET. They were neither light or sweet. Called manager because we already pulled away and had to be somewhere. They said they would remake the coffees for next time and put the note on office door. The second time, pull up to get our remakes. Ordered the same thing. Not only did they mess it up AGAIN, but Kayla the manager had an attitude about redeeming our remakes. Absolutely horrible service!

The girl at the window today was so great and positive. Even gave our dogs pup cups without us requesting them. Iced latte was good too.

Very sweet staff and the caramel latte was really good for a place that doesn’t specialize in coffee. The old fashion donut taste just like its supposed to.

I stopped in after getting my new license at the DMV just across the parking lot. I was greeted and given great service! I just moved to the area from out of state and was sad to find out locations here don’t make my favorite donut that I always got back home. The staff here was kind enough to accommodate me and made my favorite donut for me! It made my day! Great staff and great service!

Horrible management. Went through the drive through for a DoorDash scan order it didn’t say I have to go inside told me I had to come in but there was already a car in behind me. I went to the window and they refused to give it to me. If the order wasn’t ready and they told me that I would’ve gladly pulled and wait. The “manger” was getting flustered and red face . Not sure you should have a manger that control their emotions and cusses. I canceled the order.

Went to drive thru, waited almost 10 minutes just to get up to the speaker. No one took my order. The cars in front of me moved up, and the line behind was getting really long, so I pulled up. I told the person at the window that no one ever took my order. She wanted me to pull around and get in the back of the line. I asked if she could take my order at the window and she said no, because she had to go follow the orders on the screen. I asked if I could be rung up at a different register, and she suggested that I come in for that. I didn’t wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to have to park and go in. I don’t see why they couldn’t ring up a dozen donuts at the register at the counter. Must be lack of training/customer service. I was very disappointed. It was my a co-worker’s birthday, and I wanted to take in donuts. I guess it just wasn’t meant to be.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese on sourdough with hash browns and iced mocha latte. No bacon at all on sandwich. Latte was pure milk and asked for whipped cream and didn’t get any. Forgot my donut. Reached out and sent complaint. Recieved response from person at headquarters. Told me they sent it to local manager to get in touch. Did not ever hear from them. This is not the first time I have had an issue with management and food being forgotten. I was purely insulted last time because THEY messed up and forgot my order and told me they just wouldn’t offer anything to replace what was missing and wrong. Seriously, you guys are losing business in my family and we have been lifelong customers. Do better.
