While standing in line I saw a girl walk in-and-out. She went up to the register, while everybody else is waiting and jumped the line and the girl behind the register let her do it. The line there is always long and yet the people that are their friends or I don’t know get special treatment I won’t go there and l will tell everybody else not to. It seems like they treat their people better I’m not one of their people I guess. This is the Hialeah store on West 49th street and the girl behind the counter was blonde and so is the blonde that she let skip the line.

Unfortunately, the people who work there are too slow and disrespectful, the other I bought an order, and they gave it to me without a bag to go, I asked a guy who was working there for a bag, and he totally ignored me the other lady who works there too,,,,, told him to give me a bag, and he still ignored me, I was waiting for a good 3 minutes and I had to leave because I was getting late to work. If the owner of this place situated on 845 E 49th St. Hialeah does not do something about it with his employees he’s going to lose a lot of customers, I’ve gone every day for the last 12 years to buy breakfast, and there’re many customers who are not happy at all since the owner had the Brillant idea to change all the staff. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! how in the world they’re going to give the customer their breakfast without a bag to go, and on top of that be disrespectful when we ask for one. Most of the time I order online because they’re very, very, very slow. VERY DISSAPOINTED

I always use the app to pickup my order inside when I’m less than 10 minutes away, and it’s always ready! Very fast service. Drinks are always blended well too. Nice and convenient Dunkin’ by me.

Today I order online sourdough sandwich egg turkey ham , but eggs were cooked with water and the bread was soggy the eggs were dripping water I couldn’t eat them, they need to cook better or let the customer know the way the eggs are cooked so customer can decide tu buy or not.
