If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for 5 years and a lady named Sol ruined my experience with this place. My children’s birthday cake looked nothing like the picture I sent her and she chose what flavor to make the cake “rum cake flavor” when no one in my family eats rum cake. $110 gone down the drain. I will NEVER give this bakery any business again.

Stay away from this bakery. They choose the flavor themselves and don’t offer you the choices. Who makes a rum cake when they know it’s for a one year old baby!

They make the delivery to my clinic from Monday through Friday. The majority of the time they are late and people cannot get their benefits because they cannot wait for the food to get there late. Every week everything is repetitive nothing new on the menu. The spaghettis are salty. The bocadito (like today) have absolutely no spreading on it. Basically two pieces of bread put together. They definitely need to start changing up the menu. 2 weeks ago we got pork 3 times in 1 week. And though I am truly grateful that the clinic provides this benefit the bakery itself has a bad reputation with the patients of IMC Clinics. Even the administrators have called them but they don’t seem to be doing any changes.

Worse bakery I have ever eaten at. The Cuban sandwich was horrible. The bread was old and there was practically nothing but a slide of ham and cheese with a bit of mustard.

Yes, they do have “ Leche envaporada “ for your coffee every single day. A giant can for everyone.
Hidden Gem the only challenge is their parking. However, if you come this far you will always find a spot. I guarantee it!

This is my favorite favorite bakery in Miami can’t go wrong with it it has the most delicious flavors in our Cuban specialties of fine desserts and the beauty of decoration in the cakes is incredible but the flavor is the best so it’s all good all around a must must try

100% recommend! They catered my daughter’s 15s birthday dinner party and their churrasco was phenomenal and very abundant with portions. I have ordered from El Indio Bakery in the past for several events and their quality in food is always amazing.
