The attention of the girls on the night shift is super incredible. Impressive service, kindness and speed with which they work. The donuts were delicious and they prepare the coffee with a love that has no explanation.

I love this Dunkin, I have been going there for years now ever since I was in high school. The manager is such a great person and puts enough bacon on my avocado toast 🙂 Many places don’t do that. Also the other co worker with white hair, she is a dime. I do not know their names but I know they work very hard and should definitely be rewarded for their awesome work. I know fast food isn’t always the best environment to work in but they definitely show proper teamwork and good people skills.

I was really impressed with the quality of customer service and the cleanliness of the store. All employees working with a happy face , not just sitting in there laughing, doing nothing and looking bad at customers as it happens in the majority of stores.
Food(donut and wraps) was fresh,served very fast and coffee was amazing. Majority of Dunkin have too light or a little too strong coffee, but this one was perfect
Also I never saw guava donuts in a Dunkin which surprised me even more.. good to try

Food is always fresh, supervisor has horrible customer service. And seemed to get bothered when I asked her why she was charging me for tap water. It was the supervisor of the evening shift.

Honestly I’m really upset about this Dunkin I literally showed the manager today that I had an order placed and she didn’t even bother looking at her screen or looking at the computer to check if it was correct she told me it wasn’t in the system. I had didn’t have the time to argue with her poor customer service because I had to be at work. And that’s why I order from the mobile app. Not to mention she smiled and didn’t even bothered to show initiative to help. Sucks to rate this place when I had 5 stars originally. This manger needs better problem solving skills.

Newly remodeled and clean. The service staff is friendly and been there for a long time so they know us St arrival. It’s my son’s favorite place. The only hiccup of the location is the limited parking, specially on weekends,, because there are a lot businesses on the property.
