Drive thru only store? I tried the drive-thru, but it was blocked by people cleaning the building. So, I went inside. It’s inside a gas station, and it’s blocked with the gas station’s convenience store stuff. A sign says on the little corner where Dunkin’ Donuts was, “drive-thru only”. I still tried and explained that the drive-thru is blocked. Hesitant, but she got up and got my order. I think they’ll get more business if they sell in the store also. At least, now I know it’s drive-thru only.

We had very good experiences with the staff. The employees were very polite. They double checked our order. They also used the word, “Sir.” Hard to find that kind of service now a days. We greatly appreciated that extra gesture.

This location has gone downhill lately. They are out of donut types at peak hours and they rarely get your order correct the first time.
Came here today at 7AM and they had no blueberry munchkins/donuts, gave us the wrong donut holes, the krullers we got were extremely old and my iced coffee wasn’t made correctly. Waste of money.

Old fashioned felt like a brick and was crunchy. This is a donut here. Crunchy? To top it off, they only sell “donuts” and drinks here. There’s a whole menu but don’t look at it for its not available.

I love Dunkin, but if you have to deal with bad customer service first thing on the morning, it doesn’t make a good impression for a business or enjoying your morning treats. Shirley the manager had horrible customer service skills, this needs to change.

This used to be a good dunkin. Especially before the pandemic and when it reopened during the pandemic for drive thru. Now, it has gone down hill. Every drink tastes like sugary milk and you can’t even taste the coffee. They almost never have doughnuts I ask for or things on the menu. I came here yesterday and they told me they couldn’t give me coffee because they didn’t want to brew more. If it’s a coffee shop, I do not understand the problem with brewing more coffee. Tip of the iceberg today was when I was driving around trying to put my teething toddler to sleep for nap time since she had been fighting it and went through the drive through on my way back home. My coffee wasn’t filled up all the way and once again tastes like sugary milk.

They put wayyy to much cream in their coffee. I travel for worm so I’ve gotten coffee from many of dunkin donuts and when you say something about the coffee having to much cream they argue with you. Coffee isn’t supposed to look like a glass of milk

It was terrible!! We were in the drive-thru behind other cars around 1pm Sunday.
Only to find out 15+ minutes later that it was totally closed! Waste of time. Only sign on the front
window reads:
Dunkin drive-thru only Open( the inside DD area of this Miller’s Mart has been closed for along time) The drive-thru had no sign at/on the order speaker area. Only
A piece if paper on the drive-thru window said Closed.This is unexceptable!
