I stopped for coffee and a donut in the morning. The drive through was busy, but the inside was empty. My order was taken quickly and fulfilled in a timely manner. The donut tasted a little old. It was okay, but tasted more like a gas station or store bought donut. It very wasn’t the greatest, but it’s what you would expect from a Dunkin’. The visible area of store appeared clean.

Younger male with glasses is just RUDE, plain and simple. I just moved to the area and after the first visit I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Well today there was an issue with my order and I understand the customer may not always be right but this SERVICE PROVIDER could learn a little about customer service. I will be taking my business to another DD, convenience is not worth the RUDE service.

There is always a wait, problem, wrong order etc. Tonight they got our order wrong, again. Tried to remake three times finally asked for money back. They are too busy talking to each other than to take an order correctly. Then got an attitude when they mess up. Where is a manager??? The Turnover of kids is ridiculous.
This is the worst store ever. Don’t waste your time!

The only reason I give this dunkin donuts a 2 star is because the people who run it are very nice and always are or they’d get a 1 star. However, I’ve given this shop many many chances and they disappoint me every time. My drink is never how it’s ordered and if it is then it’s made incorrectly. Their frozen coffee is always under blended; and make sure they give u the syrup you’re asking for and with an accurate number of shots needed for the size you’re asking for. I am bummed out because this is the closest Dunkin to me…but never going back to this shop again…Starbucks is right down the street. And to top things off they charged me for the pup cup I asked for. They gave me a huge cup of whip cream for my tiny 16 pound dog…he didn’t even eat half.

Not the first time I’ve had a similar experience in this store
First out of two doors one is locked I wasn’t even sure the inside was open
Second not one person spoke to me till I got to the register then the attitude was obvious they did. Ot want to be at work
Third and maybe the most important the donuts tasted old its 8:30 I the morning why are the donuts old in a place that made its name on donuts

If you want great and happy service, the afternoon guys are excellent as opposed to the morning staff who are rude, straight up would chastise you and make it your absolute fault why they messed up.

Dunkin is really going down in quality. I ordered 2 wraps and they were okay. However, I ordered hashbrowns and only got 5 of them in the bag. Then I got 3 donuts for my kids and all of them were old and dry. Gross.
