The staff is always so friendly and high energy.
The food on the other hand is tragic.
There is egg shells in almost every sandwich that has eggs in it so I just order without the eggs, but they still put it on.
My breakfast this morning was so gross.
It was burned pretty badly and tasted like straight up charcoal.
What a waste of $10. Had to throw it out.
Stopped going here awhile ago because the orders were always bad so I thought I would try again and just not get coffee.
Sad to say, I won’t be stopping by again.

Came in at 6pm craving a donut and some pumpkin spice latte, the location was empty.
There’s not even anyone at the front, as you see. I waited and waited for several minutes and nothing. Someone was doing something at the back. I went to the side, next to the pickup window and I yelled “hey, are you guys open?” – and nothing happened.
I promise if there weren’t surveillance cameras, I could’ve (and probably would’ve) walked out with a bunch of goodies. I wanted my donut so bad!
So is this an online-order only spot? Or is this a self-service spot? What’s the deal? If you guys want me to help myself if I ever come back in next time, just let me know and I’ll gladly take whatever I want lol
Anyway, I walked to Starbucks instead. It was empty too (these days have been slow), but there were THREE people there to take care of their customers and I walked out with my latte in less time than what it took me waiting at Dunkin’ for nothing.

Very good and surprisingly quick. Donuts were fresh and I was in and out in 3 minutes. Employees were very friendly as well. Tables outside to enjoy coffee and donuts there if you don’t take them to go. Pretty good no complaints from me

Love the one on 4th Street, in Downtown St. Pete! Their coffee is ALWAYS fresh & made just the way I like it! I much prefer Dunkin Donuts over Starbucks any day! Always the nicest people, very friendly & kind & they always make my coffee perfect! The place has nice, shaded outdoor seating & inside has tables, chairs & stools! They also sell their coffee & other items inside too! They even sell cold water bottles, soda, juice, etc! Their bathroom is also always clean! Overall, nice atmosphere & place to relax for a cup of coffee & a donut!!!!!

Only two people are friendly and those two professional ladies Deb and Kat make my in coffee right and are always pleasant and ng and expedient with what I order! Bagels are sometimes burned but usually golden brown toasted as it should be! Many options if Starbucks is too expensive for you

I did prepaid order in app for oat milk latte, went to drive thru and at speaker said I was there to pick up my order, they proceed to tell me they don’t have espresso making ability, it never said that on the app that they couldn’t make it, but then I got stuck in drive thru behind somebody throwing fit at pick up window ahead and for 10 minutes I sat in car stuck couldn’t get to window to get my refund for what I paid for that they couldn’t make, its one lane drive-thru between buildings, several cars were behind me so couldn’t back out. I finally get to the window and they tell me they’re not able to give me refund and I’m going to have to come back in couple of days when manager is there to get my refund. So after the time to place the order the drive there sitting over 10 minutes in their drive-thru I end up leaving with no product that I paid for. Had to call Duncan customer service to get the refund. Since then every time I call thinking okay at least I’ll walk in to get a latte without going to the drive-thru, they keep saying they have no ability to make espresso because their machine doesn’t work. They should not be allowed to advertise any espresso drinks. This is THE worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to and I’ve been all over up and down East Coast.

The large iced coffee with cream and sugar is served as a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. Today I was handed a cup that was pure cream. I asked for coffee to be added. She agreed and returned with my darker iced coffee. After I pulled away I realized that she put sweet tea in it. Really?!?

Never got problems here, it may be busy sometimes in the drive thru but you can walk inside anytime. Very helpful and lively staff, it’s Dunkin not a 5 star resteraunt people. Give them mercy 🙂
