Crew was very fast, nice, an provided quality service! Everything came quick and just as we wanted it. No complaints! The girls behind the counter had a nice smile and good personality- especially Bri- she was so nice & went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Such a positive attitude and experience, will definitely be back.

Being that this is in a tourist area, you’d think it would be in better shape for people visiting. I don’t think there is much to blame on the workers, they are doing their best. But there was a hole in the ceiling with liquid dripping down, I was missing items, and overall it was just dirty inside. I think with a good deeeeeep clean that this place would look and feel a lot better.

Local. Have given it so many chances since it’s opened. The flavors are always off or their out of things. The quality of the coffee and ice coffee is not good. Again, maybe have been there 15 plus times and it’s gotten worse not better. It’s either too much sugar or too little and same with the flavors. A handful of times we’ve taken one or two sips and have to discard.

I never have a good experience at this Dunkin’ and I have been going to it for 5 years. My order is never right and the workers get upset if you point out the fact that the order is wrong. The speed of service is slow and even with 4 people at times it just doesn’t sit well with how long one must wake for a drink or even a donut.

This store is in disrepair. Air conditioning leaking from the ceiling. OUT of food constantly. This store should be a prime location on st pete beach. Good reason why Starbucks moved onto the beach.

BEWARE very very rude they are always out of food and cuss at you. They have a manager refused to give her name, to describe her looks shes black and acts very ghetto and rude, this store will go down in no time. im telling all my customers at resort to avoid this dunkin its going on our red list of BEWARE no reason to hate ur job if they are paying u good. And that manager needs to get fired immediatley its like a prison with inmates serving you lol.

Had a Mango Pineapple Refresher, was good and no complaints. There are many many breakfast choices to choose from which is cool, didn’t have the chance to buy them though.

Don’t go here. Worst experience at a Dunkin. Woke up this morning to have a great breakfast on my way to work. Horrible customer service from an African American employee who refused to give me a manager saying she was the manager. She laughed at me and didn’t give me my food. Never coming back here and corporate should do something about this rogue employee.

Have never been talked to so rudely in all my life. My daughter and I could not believe the treatment we received in the drive thru. Janique obviously does not care whether she keeps her job or not, the way she had attitude with us. We visit St Pete Beach often, but we will NEVER be back to this store.

They’ve got the drive tru closed & the kitchen is closed bc 1 girl is running the store by herself. She’s nice, professional, quick & efficient. Yall better go in there & tip this girl
