I waited 30 min for a burnt croissant with a veggie patty that I didn’t order. I’m allergic to lactose, I ordered oatmilk. Guess what was in my coffee!? You guessed it, regular milk. The woman preparing the food has long dirty braids with no hair net or covering . Don’t come to this location

This Dunkin is the absolute worst I have ever been to. They have given me regular milk when I ordered oat milk, they have messed up my Matcha Latte THREE TIMES in a row and made me drive all the way back there to give me a refund. I tried to give them one more chance recently and ordered just a regular iced latte with oat milk and they made me late to my appointment because there was a 25 min wait for 3 cars. They are so disorganized. They’ll ask you to place your order then cut you off when you start talking, “oh hang on give me a min” then get your order wrong. They said they’re under new management as of a few months ago. Seems like they’re only getting worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. The Dunkin on 22nd and 30th in St Pete is the best in the area and this location could take some pointers from them. I’ll never go back to this 34th street location again.

Great experience. The best cappuccino I have had out of all the Dunkin donuts I go to. Excellent service. Will make this one my stop in the morning.

It’s a shame they’ve stopped lemon donuts. They have always been my favorite. This location does the full dunkin menu. The 34th St S location, which has just been remodeled, only does donuts and coffee, nothing else. It’s a shame.

Service was horrible, staff was really rude, no bagels so they replaced my orders with burned croissant and not orders was wrong. This was supposed to be a beyond sausage and egg sandwich, no egg was on the burned croissant and the sausage was hard. But the iced coffee was great.

This location has become one of the worst places for breakfast on the go in the area. Drive thru takes one car at a time leaving others to wait until paid and driving off before getting the next order. They are always out of something by 8:30 am. Today they were out of eggs. My bagel with cream cheese was so hard I threw it against the wall at work and it dented the wall. I was so mad to say the least. This was the final straw today. I will drive out of my way to the location on 4th Street N. for a bagel sandwich and coffee if need be. They are nicer, more efficient, never run out of food and the food does not crack paint. Fast food places in general have really gone to the pits since the pandemic began. It is a sad state of affairs when you cannot get a descent meal on the go.

Nice employees but all of them…counter had four, not one could wipe off any of the 15 tables on the floor and this was at 11:00 AM. One employee did however turn in $40 that was stuck in the drawer. It could improve easily if they left the counter.

Went here on 4/27/2022 11 am was told it was no original glaze donuts. I ordered something else and by the time i sat down and finished eating they had more that were made. The cashier never mentioned that they were making more when i ordered my other stuff. When i mentioned to the manager she never offered anything. Terrible service.

I rarely leave reviews and I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but this place was just bad. First I got a croissant so burned that it was inedible. I asked for a bagel instead and was given the stalest bagel I’ve ever had with the thinnest layer of cream cheese. I didn’t even eat half of it. The inside of the restaurant smelled like cigarette smoke and toilet mints.
