What is happening to Dunkin? Each time I visit the Skyway Marina district location they have some major issue – today at 10am on a Sunday they couldn’t serve any hot food because they were “cleaning the ovens” at peak weekend breakfast time? Last time I could t pay with my app. And there’s no way to log your receipt to get your points not to mention the inconvenience-you’re company is the one who encourages the app use. Time before the worker handed me my coffee and spilled it on my arm, shirt and inside my car – he offered no help – i had to pull over and clean it and they wouldn’t give me a replacement. Possibly bad ownership? Step it up – Dunkin should be consistent anywhere you go – no excuses!

I ordered a large mocha iced latte with whipped cream. The employees didn’t put whipped cream on it at first and the guy through the drive through window almost gave my boyfriend lip when he reminded him that it was supposed to get whipped cream. Also, I ordered the avocado toast. They skimped me on the avocado unlike every other dunkin I went to always put a generous amount of it on there without extra charge. I have had plenty of bad experiences at this location. I always try to give it the benefit of the doubt depending where I’m at in the county and need my pick me up. This store needs to acquire employees that actually care about product quality and customer service abilities and clearly the manager does not by hiring all these careless people.

I Love my Dunkins. However, this location was a bit of a disappointment. Asked staff about a product and they were not educated about how a particular drink was made? Not cool….

I had a great experience today at this location
Menyet helped me and my boyfriend get our donuts and coffee. She was super friendly and had a great attitude. I recommend this location to anyone who loves coffee and a super cool outdoor seating area. The store is super clean. And if your kids love chocolate milk they even sell it. They even have the new $2 to $5 dollar menu to make everything affordable.

Starbucks might take the cake for coffee but i Love coming here for their blueberry munchkins, cream cheese and chives bagel bites, hashbrowns and croissant stuffers. Starbucks ain’t got nothing on that

This establishment does not even deserve one star. The employees are immensely disrespectful. There is no customer service and the orders are always wrong. THE STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO!

If I could give ZERO stars I could. This is the slowest, worst service Dunkin I’ve ever experienced and I’ve given them 20+ chances. Every time I go I think “never again”. Every single visit it’s something. They’ve hired people who don’t want to work. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DRIVE 5 EXTRA MINUTES TO THE DUNKIN IN GULFPORT. Thank god a Starbucks just opened down the road. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to remodel it and hire an entire new staff

This location makes ZERO attempt to get orders correct, to be friendly or even polite. Our orders are WRONG, at least 90% of the time. I suspect at this point its on purpose. They are dismissive when giving you your coffee and then down right rude when you ask that it be corrected. You go through the drive through and they’ll give you whatever they feel like and you just better like it because they’re not sorry. Just take your wrong coffee, pay the $, keep your mouth shut, and be on your way because they don’t have time for customers there.

Every time I’ve gone here , the coffee has been great. Dunkin’ is either craq or creek, and it’s been craq every time. My only complaint is they need to hire more people. But everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly!
