This location has been a major let down the last few times I visited. The donuts just aren’t it anymore. I now go to the location on AZ Ave and with the exception of the smaller sized Apple Fritter taste and quality is so much better. My daughter and I normally purchase Buttermilk Donuts. The last few times the Buttermilks we received were a major let down. Our last visit was 8-9 and the donuts were horribly made. Today (8-10) we ended up throwing them out and going to AZ Ave location to get the right ones. I will no longer patronize the Dobson location. See photo. The bathroom was gross. They need to have a trash can outside. Drinks were so-so. Thai ice tea with boba was okay, boba sucked.

June 2022-Update from 3 years ago. This location is still open 24/7. It is nice to have a drive-thru, but it is also fun to go inside to see and smell the fresh donuts. They can get busy in the early morning hours, so try to be ready with your order when you get up to the counter. You can check the donut varieties online. They also have breakfast sandwiches and a lots of drink choices. The staff is always hustling to try to get your order as quickly as possible. Very glad that this location is still here. I haven’t seen any coupons lately, but still a nice treat every now and then. A dozen mixed donuts/doughnuts will cost about $15.

This location has a drive-thru that is open 24/7. We did a taste-test of Dunkin, Bosa, and Krispy Kreme donuts. The donuts seemed bigger and lighter. We tried a sprinkle and a glazed from each location. We liked Bosa the best. There are a lot of new Bosa locations in the East Valley. Check your mailbox, because they send out coupons each month for a free donut and discounted donut holes. I am not a big fan of their sandwiches, though.

Been going to this location for quite some time, stopped in today and they’ve gone downhill. Prices increased, half a dozen is $8.50. They put all the donuts into a lunch sized brown bag and not a traditional box???Most importantly, the donuts are not as good as they used to be. Going to have to find another donut shop!

Donuts are always fresh and delicious, blended drinks are tasty, and the breakfast croissant sandwiches are the best! Drive-thru is a bit of a mess with giant potholes and a difficult to read sign that doesn’t have the names of all of the donuts.

Nice job on the breakfast, $4.20 gets you a croissant that was perfectly toasted with cheese and ham with a flavor tea that is in stock. Chamomile for me today and it was good without anything extra added. 24 hour donuts with drive through makes it easy to order without having to go into the store. I stopped and had a seat and conversation with the owner Lang, a really nice guy that runs a family store. The donuts look nicely proofed and in my opinion just need to be dipped into the icing a little deeper and that’s just my opinion… I’m not into sweet food to heavily so my opinion can’t count on this one. I’ve just made many donuts and know proportions. Enjoy the spot cause great tunes where a jamming. Nice and relaxing way to work, way to go keep it up.

You would think since their only product is donuts, they would have a constant supply of donuts. The last 2 times there i was told they were out of chocolate cake donuts. Poor planning.

We been going to this location for a long time… but the last few times the costumer service and the place is just soo bad!!! Tables are always dirty and when i asked the young lady to clean them so we can sit down … she said they been busy and didn’t get a chance to clean them and still didn’t come out … just ignoreed me… Also today the trash was all over yhe floors … from cloves everywhere and papers. Not going back there!!!! They dont need my business I think.

Donuts are still good as always but be careful the hours. Not all of them are open 24/7 even if google might say they are.

Horrible customer service, both girls had an ugly attitude and hair in the food and in the way . and if the man is the manager then they need new management. we come here many times and no issues before .
