Staff members both left the store to smoke and told all customers, even ones that have ordered to “come back in 30 minutes” terrible customer service. And on top of all that they had attitudes and acted as if they were the victims and not the ones getting paid to do their job.

Everyday, it is the same thing. First thing the manager says, I am not cooking, short on help..yet there are two people in store. One could be up front and one in the back. He keeps saying, he does not have things set up. If you do not have things set up, your doors should not be open. We need a new manager, who will not go off on the customers lime he does. That is more likely why he does not have any help. If he talked to me, as an employee, like he does his customers, I would not work there either!! I will not be back and will walk up to Starbucks. This place is only great when TRACY is there!! They need to make her the manager!! The others do what they want when they want. Very hateful. TRACY AND THE OLDER RED HAIRED LADY ARE THE BEST!!

Worst service ever. I went in no one/ customer’s was in there. I got donut holes and ice matcha. It took them over 10 minutes to fix my drink. Everyone that came behind me got theirs before I did. The lady Tracy seem to only want to take care of the regular customer and talk . Very unprofessional.

Usually I go in and the two ladies in there really brighten my day wth my amazing iced coffee. Today I go in at 3:04 this store is in the bus terminal and my bus left at 3:15 2 ppl in front of me plenty of time right WRONG I get to the counter at 3:09 it took her 7 minutes to make a large ice coffee she would work on it a minute and stop and just stand there almost as if she was doing it on purpose because I Usually leave my change from a 5 for a tip (almost 2 dollars) however I didn’t today because there was no sense of urgency at all and talking to each other as if there weren’t any customers

Best Dunkin in Nashville everyone is so nice and Alex is the best employee I have ever ordered with. They have the freshest donuts in town and the best biscuits. I also love the new chicken for the chicken biscuits.
