Horribly burnt hard and cold smells terrible cause it’s burnt and no straws for the drinks. How do u drink iced coffee within a straw! 54 dollars of food 4 what? Trying to call them they won’t answer. Why couldn’t they just remake it. Shame on dunkin donuts

I have been been coming to this location consistently every single morning for over 2 years – mobile order on the go between 7-730 am, for walk in order. The past 6 months or so, lobby is closed half of the time. When lobby is closed you have to sit at the drive thru intercom until every car infront is done before they will help you, & my basic French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar comes out wrong 50% of the time, it’s hit or miss. I’ve asked one particular staff member for help fixing before, and was rudely directed to the ‘drink people’.
I think it’s time to find a new place. Unfortunate, this is right by my house.

This location has consistently had issues with staff clearly not wanting to make or do anything other than iced drinks. You get attitude and poor service again and again if you do request food. Additionally, they are constantly out of products that should be staples for them such as bagels and croissants.

I used to work at this Dunkin in 2019 and we barely had problems. Over the years this has become THE WORST DUNKIN. Everything is always wrong especially the last 6 months or so! I ordered a small hot chocolate for my son and in return they gave me a scalding hot coffee. I also ordered 4 wake up wraps and they were all smooshed into one bag. They told me at 8AM THEY DIDNT HAVE DONUTS??? DO NOT GO HERE

I stop by at least 4 times a week always ordering the same Iced carmel coffee with creme and sugar. Since Nov it’s been hit and miss if I order it in the morning it ends being a cup of milk/cream with a dash of coffee and no flavor. Yuck. When I order it in mid afternoons it’s more of what a flavored ice coffee should look like. Definitely inconsistent.

Not only does this location know my jeep but they know my face as well. I order two coffees Monday through Friday and one on Saturday and they always double check to make sure it’s only one that day. I have been coming here since it opened and while not all the new employees are the best at making coffee there are still some of them who can make a perfect cup. If anything maybe some of the new workers should take a little extra care to perfect their coffee but even when I lived in San tan valley I would go out of my way to come to this location.
The only problem with this location is it isn’t very consistent like I said before some of them are better at making coffees than others and some of the ladies are a tad bit mean. But I think today was the worst with my coffees (always the same) not even looking close to each other. And even the lady giving them to me noticed and the person who made them said they were the same. But they weren’t. Just a bit disappointing. But this will always be my main location.

Half the time I order a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles we don’t get it. Ordered a breakfast croissant and it was still frozen in the middle. And when the line is extremely long you just wanna run in to get a single donut for your kid but can’t because the lobby is always closed. Why?

This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country. DD corporate should really look into whoever is running this particular store because the service is abysmal. Never have any munchkins, anytime I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich it’s burnt. They turned my son and wife away when it was 120 degrees and they wanted to dine inside. Shall I continue? The only reason we go here is because it’s around the block. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love this location! They are always friendly, courteous and quick! I’m kind of boring and order the same drink each time ( large iced coffee with cream and sugar) but I’m addicted and you can’t beat their prices! ☕

Went to get some hot cocoa for the family. This is what I found when I took the lid off to cool it off. One of them tasted like water most of them hadn’t even been mixed in all the way. Not recommended for hot cocoa.
