I was pleased with my in-store experience at this Starbucks! My order was ready quickly and the bathroom was extremely clean. I stayed in the shop to drink my coffee and enjoyed the overall vibe.

Oh I live all the way by the Usery Mountain off McKellips and Ellsworth. But I was in Gilbert and decided to go to the Starbucks and now they were so amazing that I make a special trip to go there! The staff in the management is absolutely amazing! Truly I even went from the drive-through into the store to tell them how amazing they are.They looked at me kind of funny because I was complementing them and sincerely appreciative of them. Lol But now I will be going there regularly. I highly suggest this location due to the staff we all know the coffee is great! But this staff is amazing

My grandma passed away today and I went to get a coffee so I can drive to California, I was crying and I couldn’t even speak to get my order but I ordered my drink and pulled up to the window. There was a wonderful, lovely woman I believe her name was Mishala ( if I spelled it wrong or if it’s not your name I apologize. You are absolutely amazing and have a beautiful heart and I wish you all the best in this life , she saw me crying and she said “ this is on us “ she broke my heart “ in a good way “ she showed love to a stranger that was hurting . Thank you Starbucks I hope this beautiful young lady knows she put an etch in my heart that is hurting ❤️

I don’t know why everytime I go there, I always order the same drink and the price is always different. I go every day and my drink is a trenta Vanilla Iced Cofee with Cream. The coffee is great.

I did a mobile order, which made it very simple to submit my order! The app was very easy to navigate and it was easy to find all the items I was looking for! The only downside (sort of a downside-but not really) was the line for the drive thru!! It was insanely long! -so I ended up just running in to grab my order, which was all ready for me as soon as I let them know who I was! ….great customer service and friendly employees –it’s always worth the wait!

Talk about incredible service. I waited on my trailer to be unloaded at Costco one day. Walked into to order one of their Frappuccino when it wasn’t too busy and they talk the time to talk with me like we all grew up together. And they their frappuccinos are awesome! Keep up the great work in here, guys!
