Came in at a little before 6 am 8/8/22
Got a large vanilla iced coffee, hashbrowns, and the turkey sausage sandwich.
I hate to do this but, a couple things, the lady at the drive thru window that took my order was a little rude, when I asked her to repeat herself at the speaker since I couldn’t hear she used a very condescending tone. Now I’ve worked at food places for a while and I’ve had allot to deal with personal life wise, but I have NEVER taken that out on a customer. I paid with a gift card and I guess it didn’t have enough so I paid the rest with card but the lady seemed very frustrated with the fact that it didn’t have enough on it.
The hasbrowns were absolutely burnt, dry and stale, there’s no was I would have served these to anyone. The sandwich was way too chewy like it had been sutting there for a while. The coffee definitely needed more creamer.
And I wasn’t even given a receipt so how am I supposed to get a refund for this clearly messed up order?
I do not plan on coming back any time soon expecially after the order not even being worth the attitude I was given. Very frustrated

Good food and drinks. Service was good as well but the eating area was not clean. Tables needed wiped down so people vould sit and the floor had crumbs everywhere. Other then tht it was ok

This is my go to Dunkin’ before work! They are always so friendly, and when they see me they always say hello! I order ahead, and if they are busy and see me they quickly make my drink! Definitely a great way to start the day!! Thanks everyone- Candice

I’ve only ever been to the two Dunkins closer to my house, but I was over this way for an appointment and stopped by this one. I ordered a coffee and the hash browns. I’ve had the hash browns before from the other Dunkins and I really like them. When I pulled these ones out they were burnt around the edges, but soggy in the middle. I’m not picky and would have just ate them anyways, but when I tried one it was just disgusting. I decided to park and go inside and get some new ones. The girl at the front was polite and got me some new ones. They weren’t much better. A little less burnt but still a little soggy and didn’t taste as awful. I just wanted to get home at this point so I just left with them. It wasn’t until I looked at the reviews that other people have had issues with the hash browns. I definitely plan on sticking with my usual spots for now on.

The last three times at this location was atrocious. The staff is so rude! I went through the drive thru and received my bagel and hash browns. Then I had to turn around and go in because the hash browns were little cement discs. I asked if I could have a different batch. I waited and then they tried to give me more burned hash browns. When I showed her how hard they were she said well this is how they are. I refused them and she told the manager who laughed and rolled her eyes. Really? They then gave me another batch that was less burned. Horrible service at this store!!!!

I came in Friday 9/8/22 at 0830. I ordered a large oatmilk latte with an extra shot of expresso with one pump of sugar free vanilla. I came to the window and was asked 3 times for my order. Since they were taking some time I added an small ice oatmilk latte (she wasn’t to happy about that). She brought out my drinks and I got two iced lattes. I corrected her and told her my drink was hot and she rolled her eyes upset. She then brought out my drink to the window and I tasted it (since this was already starting to be a bad experience and it didn’t even have the vanilla flavor and did not taste creamy. Will not be coming back 🙁 her name was Megan. I just wanted a coffee since I’m dead tired this morning and Megan just made it an awful experience. Afterwards I was looking at their reviews and lots of other people had the same experience

We come here almost every Sunday. It’s usually empty so that’s good since we dine in every time. Overall it’s good only thing is the manager girl seems very rude every time we go.

There is something nostalgic about Dunkin coffee. I split between this location and the Power-McKellips location. This one just so happens to have the slight advantage and convenience of having a drive-through.
The reason I single these specific locations out is because when I typically come here it is because I have a sweet tooth craving so I will order as I call it the café de dulce aka hot coffee with cream and sugar and they seem to be the only locations that can do it right. Looking at you Gilbert-Brown and I won’t even get into all that is wrong with you Scottsdale-McKellips.
Fair warning I am not sure why but there are some days the speaker of the drive-through seems to be possessed by the spirit of Motörhead and really wants to blow out your ear drums.

I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant and they gave me sausage. I even double-checked with them when they gave it to me and they assured me it was correct. I do not eat sausage so my breakfast sandwich was a waste!!

I was pleased with this trip to Dunkin Donuts. It was my first to visit this location. The cashier was friendly and accurately took my order. The drinks were prepared in a short amount of time. The store did look a bit dirty however. I went to sit on one of the lounge chairs and was greeted by a long blond hair. It appeared as if someone got it caught in the crease of the chair .
