You can not go wrong with making Black Rock Coffee Bar your new favorite coffee shop. Just do it already. They know pull impeccable espresso shots, steam their milk to perfection, and give friendly and respectable customer service. JUST DO IT ALREADY. This chain is the pours the best coffees.

This place is the place to get coffee, great staff that knows how to make drinks. I’ve never had a drink that was made wrong. The staff is very friendly and to top it off they always greet my dogs with pup cups when I come through the drive thru. 10 out 10 this is my coffee place.

The coffee is pretty good but unfortunately the prices have raised so much! It’s very disappointing. I got a small iced breve today and it came out to 6.50 for a small! I can go to Starbucks and get a large for that price. This use to be my go to place but there’s much better for more reasonable prices

Honestly it was cool the first few months being here but I came to realize their coffee is pretty gross & the customer service is garbage. I tried ordering an iced cappuccino & was told it was impossible to make one. I’m a former coffee barista.. you can in fact make it iced. The woman who spoke to me was rude and completely unprofessional. She used that basic “I know more than you” snobby voice to try and explain to me why she couldn’t, assuming she knew more than I did. She wasn’t even the one running the window. She pushed that girl out of the way and cut her off when she asked her to remake it into an iced cappuccino for me because they messed up the rest of our order already to begin with… honestly pretty sure they were just lazy hungover college girls who lack skills in the customer service industry. I ended up settling with the hot cappuccino and when I say this I swear it’s not an exaggeration… it was complete sludge & wasn’t even drinkable. Seriously… how hard is it to make coffee? It’s all machines. All you gotta do is pour, mix, and froth when needed.

Always pleased with the genuine quality service and the solid taste of good coffee. The location is great and love the quick run in drive thru option. Plenty of room to chill instead to study or enjoy some time with friends.

Normally this place is good but last Sunday I ordered 3 breves and they made them with expired half and half. All three of us thought our drinks tasted terrible and when we removed the lid you could see the curdled milk. I don’t understand how anyone would look at this and think, yeah that is fine.

I ordered directly from Black Rock website & when I went to the drive-thru window to pick up my order I was told I had to go inside even though on my confirmation email it states you can pick up at the drive-thru window. When I went inside I told them that the confirmation email states I can use the drive-thru for pick up & that if it’s incorrect than they should let someone know to take it off the emails. The employee told me he thought I was door dash. Then I find out only 1 drink was available out 3 that I had purchased because of ingredient issues. So I requested a refund for my order. I submitted my refund with the help of the employee since I ordered online & I still haven’t received it & that was back in July. I have not gone back because of this issue.

The girls are usually great here and offer me a free coffee while waiting for delivery order today I had the worst service and no coffee supposedly she is the ASSISTANT MANAGER. NO SERVCE SKILLS FAKE SMILE. I WILL NEVER RETURN
