Placed an order ahead of time while on a trip, and it was ready when I arrived.
Wait: There was no wait in the drive-thru, but it was still fairly early, so I wouldn’t know how it’d be later in the day.
Price: I have the app and only paid $5.49 in total for a medium frozen coffee mocha with a bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich for free. Great deal.
Service: Really nice and polite. Quick to the point, too. I’m fine with short transactions, so this was great.
Taste: Wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t bad. I’m not much of a coffee person, but what I really look for is when the coffee isn’t overly sweet like Starbucks. All in all, I was definitely happy with my drink. Might have to try those refreshers next.
The sandwich was meh. Wouldn’t get it again. The eggs were weirdly mushy(?)
Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick, cheap visit. Excited to go again.

I’m a fan of another donut pad closer to my home, but decided, hey I’m gonna take a ride with my daughters for a snack there. It’s been a good 2 years since my last visit (I think). Goodness, do you like Iced Matcha??? It was Perfect. Truly Matcha and not loaded down with sugar. Plz if you like Matcha, try it here before going to a boba place. Boba by the way is really caloric (or so I heard). . Anyways, my daughter got the Brown sugar oat milk latte (iced). She rates it a 10 out of 10 and said if she could, she would drink it like every day. Wow. Well, someone in my fam took a big bite of my Boston Creme Chocolate donut. Where’s the cream? Guess ya gotta take a bigger bite! As for the raspberry filled, yep it’s sweet alright!

My wife likes her Caramel Craze to not taste too much like coffee This location has always been accommodating and helpful to get me the drink she loves so much just the way she likes it. Corporate should add a tip prompt when paying by card. These people are doing God’s work Glad to have the excuse to be in the old neighborhood again.

I love love love the people who work here. I’m a proud regular at this location. I’m originally form Boston, which has a several dunkies locations in just about every single town, it was a shock to find out there are only a handful of dunkies in the entire city of San Diego and it’s surrounding areas! Luckily, this one was the closest to both of the places we’ve rented here. I never visit the others just due to the staff, they really are great. They knew my order within the first couple of visits and every time I’m waiting for my food at the window, they strike up a conversation. That comes as a relief since drive thrus are usually sort of awkward if you have to wait for food and the cashier just stands there with the window open, totally silent. I tip them extra whenever I have cash on me, because as someone who worked at multiple dunkin donuts locations in Boston, I know what they put up with there and how bad some of the customers treat them throughout each shift. The line here can get long, like sometimes there are cars lined up in the street, but the parking lot is big, and there’s also street parking if you don’t want to wait
But if you do wait, it’s not as long of a wait as you’d expect, they are quick and efficient here. Plus, the lines are usually on weekends, but not every weekend. It usually depends on the weather, when its sunny, there seems to be a bigger line. But again, they are real good at getting cars in and out of there

Would have been a five star if the one girl that works there would get my order right ! Never have a problem with anyone else but this one particular girl, I have 10 years of Dunkin’ experience, I know it can get stressful and mistakes happen but this girl is consistently getting it wrong !

The Ice Matcha Latte is pretty good! Step aside Boba places…you have competition. This is my 2nd trip and treat to Dunkin Donuts and definitely not my last! Lol, they still have the Christmas ribbon packaging.

This place was horrible I ordered through DoorDash and this place had my whole order messed up and they sent me a medium decaf cappuccino coffee instead of a XL Hot original coffee and charged me for a peanut butter pack and didn’t send it to me. I’m disgusted and upset of such a place . I’ll never ever eat at this franchise ever again. Horrible

I have not had donuts in a long time, and having this surely satisfied the craving!! Perfect with a cup of coffee.
The cashier/attendant was courteous, and there was plenty of parking.

Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever bought, it tasted like water more than anything. They took so long to give me my order you’d think they were making it from scratch. Highly disappointed
