1st time in this location and last time! I placed 4 orders and had to cash out separately for each one of them. That was ridiculous because other Dunkin donuts don’t do that. Then, I didn’t like the way the “manager” spoke to the cashier who was new, on the mistakes he made in front of everyone. That manager, did not conduct herself appropriately and when I tried telling her I placed my orders correctly and paid. It wasn’t my fault a certain item was not correct but she didn’t care. And charged me again for it, which never would’ve happened anywhere else.
Therefore, that will be my last time there. Lastly, I thanked the cashier that was reprimanded and said he was doing a good job.

First and last time ever going there stood there for 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me nobody said hello inside the lobby I guess it takes two people to run drive-thru and make drinks so I guess whoever walks in is not important. And if I could give it a zero star I would. I’m at 1:56 on a Thursday p.m. so I guess I’ll just go to Tim Hortons down the street at least still acknowledge me

paid 6$ for a medium iced matcha that was 70% ice and the actual drink made up no more than a small sized cup. never ordering from here again

Nothing special about this particular Dunkin. That being said, it wasn’t dirty and the service I got was okay. No rude employees, they seemed pretty efficient in their respective roles as well.

Coffee is good but the thing is when I order an XL coffee I want to make sure it’s a XL. The bottom looks more like a large than XL. Mind you I love my Dunkin but even the cinnamon rolls got smaller and apple fritters too. For the price it should be a little bigger not the size of a regular donut. Just my view of point

Today I had the most horrible service in the drive thru window. This person with locks in his hair was and is disrespectful and extremely rude. Whatever customer service training he may have had he must of missed those days.
Normally the service here is very good.
If you see this person demand a different person to take your order.

I did not come to this location alone. Both of us ordered bagels with cream cheese. The cream cheese was very lightly applied and nearly not present. This could be forgiven if the supervisor was not raising her voice at the employees in front of customers. She berated at least two employees about minor issues such as forgetting to hand a receipt to a customer.

30 minute wait in line. they weren’t that busy. nobody said anything at the speaker for a good 10 minutes.
also the coffee can range from Hudson river to spectacular, again depending on the day. very inconsistent
i placed my order on the app for a reason. so i wouldn’t have to wait an additional 15 minutes at the window. also, they added very very little cold foam, and didn’t give me less ice like i asked for. how hard is it to read a piece of paper that says what to do?
oh and I bet the free coffee for healthcare professionals and nurses doesn’t include licensed veterinary technicians right? but go off sis
