This is by far the WORSE Dunkin’ I have ever been too !
The ladies in there are always annoyed and they make your coffee any kind of way. It’s always a hit or miss with them and 9xs out of 10 it’s a miss. Hash brown be cold and bagels do not be fresh. I only go here because it’s conveniently close to my job. New staffing who know what their doing is NEEDED ASAP

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ive ever been to. the staff just has an attitude and never makes the drinks or orders right. my latte today tasted like milk with a hint of caramel, when i asked if she could fix it she gave me an attitude and “fixed” it but didn’t really do much to do so. it still tasted like milk which i ended up throwing out. I also ordered a toasted croissant with butter and it was neither toasted nor it had butter. Either get a new staff or close down the store. Don’t bother coming here waste of money and the customer service isnt the best.

Clean restaurant. Employees were cleaning the tables when I arrived. The bathrooms were clean. Everybody was very friendly for the first visit. when I went to go pick up my order somebody else had already taken my order and they had to remake it. They corrected the problem immediately and I would recommend this location to everyone.

Used to be very good at one point. Always use to get my order in less than 5 minutes and now it is always crowed in the morning and the workers don’t understand the guest or the guest can’t understand them ‍♂️ and the face mask don’t help with that either. Do yourselves a favor and just order through the mobile app and just go in and pick up. Trust me it will save you A LOT of time especially if you have to be at work at a certain time. They usually take care of the mobile orders faster than in store.

I like Dunkin, but it’s something wrong the way the local manager are handling the locals. I had been today in 3 of them and 2 of them had out of service bathrooms, why because is not a high end neighborhood that is sad. How do you serve people tha you don’t want next to you. Think about .
DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY IF THEY WON’T GIVE YOU THE SAME SERVICE THEY OFFER ALL AROUND

I pretty much go to this dunk donuts everyday in some way shape or form. Whether I physically walk in, curbside pick up or send someone on my behalf I’m always spending money their. I’ve witnessed them moving between orders without changing gloves etc and I understand aometimes you’re so busy some things may be difficult to do. Once I witnessed the lady pre make bacon bites and then proceeded to attempted to make my order. I’ve told them on separate occasions I don’t eat pork and have had them change their gloves and use a different steamers. Today I did a curbside pick up of the veggie omelette bites. The whole transaction went to h*ll quick. When I pulled up there was a customer parked in the curbside pick up spot so i parked in the next spot. When the manager came out with my order she proceeded to tell me to park in the curbside next time. Instantly i became annoyed because rather than informing me there was an available spot she just assumed i didn’t park there on purpose. So i checked the bag to make sure everything was their because they are infamous for not putting everything in the bag. I pull off because I’m taking my son to work and decided i would eat one of my veggies omelette bites. Or so i thought. I bit into the egg bite to find out it was bacon. Luckily i didn’t chew or swallow it before noticing. Usually they have a strong odor but today it didn’t shockingly. That’s how i caught it the last time. Anyway i called to inform the manager of what happened. She said come back and they would replace it. Without asking me what would be an acceptable resolution for me. After dropping my son to work i stopped at Starbucks which is literally just across the highway for my husband and saw they had a similar product so i purchased it their. I get back to DD and told the manager i just wanted my money back. She didn’t like that so an argument ensued between her and i. She literally try to paint me to be a mad black woman. Me. A loyal customer who patronize their business everyday. I was upset for many reasons and had every right to be. I will never be back. Btw the kale and mushroom egg white bite from Starbucks was better. This was literally my first time their. I’ve always been team dunkin but not anymore.

The customer service here leaves much to be desired. The attendants do not speak English. You have to constantly repeat your order because they are busy conversing among themselves. The bagels and muffins are days old. This is not the place to come for good fast food or service.
