Stopped in and grabbed some coffee to perk up. Traffic into the Holland Tunnel is crawling and making me tired. I need a driver. Easy stop, pull in and park and go inside, or use the drive thru. They’re pretty fast.

My boyfriend and I regularly attend their location . The employees are always welcoming, attentive and familiar with our usual order.
The manager is amazing as well and last time we were there he surprised us with a gift card being one of the firsts for the day to order through the app. We appreciate everyone’s service at this location and they make our morning commute brighter every day.

Friendly helpful and clean I like it. This Dunk in is the best in our neighborhood I go there sometimes it’s very convenient. The stuff are really friendly, This place is very convenient and the crew members are very friendly. Lovely place… all the staffs are really friendly. Fast service and good food, I love this place the donuts are is great the coffee is great the customer service is great this place is just perfect and they have free WiFi which is also amazing this is one of my favorite places ever!!

Someone mentioned earlier but I say again. Never seen any other dunkin like this, if you walk in you are not acknowledged until they’re bored of you waiting there. No hello no nothing, what you want, how many that’s customer service. When you order is ready they throw it without even calling your name or number.
I’ve never rated any other Dunkin 1 star.

Most disgusting bathrooms i have ever seen. I would have not even stopped here if there was another option I knew of. The only reason for 3 stars is that the dunkin donuts counter staff was very nice and service was fast and accurate.

If you walk in instead of using the drive thru, you are screwed, they won’t acknowledge you. When they do, they will ignore what you ask for, i asked for a hot dark roast i got a barely warm regular coffee with a gallon of milk.

If I could give 0 star I would, manager was so rude and my vanilla chai tea was cold and tasted awful. I will NEVER come her again. I asked them to fix my tea and they said no I’m just disgusted and very disappointed
