Placed an order thru the mobile app, this Dunkin’ donut is in a usps facility where ppl that do not work there are not allowed to get thru the gate, I called the location so that I can get a refund and the person that answer barely spoke English and hung up on me twice. DD should at least post a message for this location that it is not open to the public except for USPS employees in the facility.

They have a $2 latte special from 2-6 and they clean their espresso machine during those hours so they don’t sell 2 dollar lattes. Charge for silverware and water in a cup. areThe They donuts and crossaints are all stale and are most like just being kept over long periods of time. They exploiting the fact the have a garentueed market being being inside a postal building should be looked in to by higher DnD management. Will be contacting the customer care line asap

I work the over night shift Where this Dunkin is and the worker whose name I don’t know hands is very filthy. He never wash his hands nor put on gloves. Then he gets an attitude whn you ask him to please use gloves. You can see that his hands are dirty.

Ordering from this place is like playing Russian Roulette with your stomach especially when the worker makes no attempt to wash his hands or put on gloves.
