Dunkin’ Reviews

To the manager of the store Veronica your people skills are absolutely horrible I don’t know who hired you! But Dunkin should fire you and the person that hired you! I know you’re a horrible manager because your employees underneath you can’t even make a cup of coffee correct!!! (Coffee cups always leaking)

More recently, same issues except they can’t count to 8. Paid for 8 snackin’ bacon strips, received 6. Hash browns were so overcooked, this time they were crusty black. Once again coffee was not made as requested. Btw, coffee grounds are not supposed to make it into my cup, tyvm. Sheesh!
Previous comments:
It truly isn’t difficult to prepare coffee properly, when the customer tells you how much cream and sugar by number of pumps. And when the cup itself has a sticker announcing those specifications.
So, why is it my coffee wasn’t made correctly at all?
Also, note to Dunkin management… it may be faster to precook the snackin bacon & hash browns, so that you clear the drive-thru timer quickly. But room temperature, overcooked, very crunchy hash browns & slightly cold bacon – from the refrigerator, I surmise – is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.

I came here to use the EVgo charger outside for my electric vehicle. I never entered the location, but several others waiting for the charger did. All were very happy with their purchase. Outside the electric vehicle charger is in a good easy to access location and the parking lot was clean. Plenty of people parking.

This is my local DD; I’ve been coming here for three plus years. No more. Customer service and quality of product continue to deteriorate. And you get an attitude when you point out that your regular iced coffee is a cup of watered down milk with ice cubes and sugar, just awful. Homeless, dealers, and sketchy types infest the place outside. No longer an enjoyable place to be.

SO SLOW! Worst Dunkin in Tampa. Doesn’t matter the time of day, they are ALWAYS backed up – both drive through and walk in. Every time I come here the drive though line is into the street, and if you go inside it’s not much better. I was just inside and the line of people waiting for their orders was massive, and the employees looked incredibly confused and overwhelmed. No one even acknowledged me waiting to order, even the person at the counter didn’t even look at me. And then you get trapped in their parking lot because the drive through line takes up the entire parking lot so you can’t pull out. I walked out and I won’t be back to this location.

TLDR: I got spoiled milk in my latte, and my orders are ALWAYS either missing an item or completely wrong.

I have been coming to this dunkin’ donuts for years now, and coming from a former barista I can completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen and everything gets very crazy behind the counter. I was starting to get annoyed with getting the wrong drink, or getting a “latte” made with almost No espresso and all milk. But when I started missing food items from my order, and today when I got a latte made with SPOILED MILK that made me throw up on the side of the road, I’m fed up. Something needs to change, because this is unacceptable and I will be urging everyone I know to never visit this dunkin again for these reasons.

Just stopped by for a large diet iced tea and three donuts for a sick friend I was visiting soon at Tampa General Hospital. The young counter staff at the drive through were pretty quick and congenial until I took a few minutes after buying my items with my Dunkin online app account, to get my items ready to take to the hospital. The kid as the window signalled me and it looked harmless so I opened up to ask what was up. He asked me if I needed anything else and I said no thanks. Then he motioned there was a car that had just pulled up behind me and I politely indicated this was Tampa, not New York( I’m a native New Yorker) and I was going to take my time to do what I needed to do in my car before pulling off to my visit. The other guy would have to wait a minute or two, just as I do when people ahead of me take a minute to settle in their order. I just thought it was funny how Tampa had changed over the years I’ve lived here into a rush, rush, rush type of world for this very young generation under 23. Lol

Literally THE WORST Dunkin in the state of Florida… and they are consistent with their bad service, as I refuse to take my kids here anymore even though it’s 5min away from our house.

Food was still frozen when I took a bite and I literally only got 6 pieces of hashbrowns that were extremely burnt. I knew I should have went to Starbucks

So many bad complaints, obviously you all need to higher some people with quality work ethics because these folks just cant get it right!!!

Dunkin Donuts is paying people to stand around and look busy….no good… bad for business

After a few minutes of waiting to order inside, one of three workers yells from the pick up counter “hey, I can get you here boss!” So, I went to the other counter just to be left waiting again a few more minutes with the yeller’s back in front of me.
