I have come to this Dunkin what feels like a million times. I have NEVER had customer service like I did this morning. The young lady that helped me at the counter looked frustrated and did not alert me with a greeting. I didn’t know if she was working at the register. I said good morning with no response and had to ask her if I could take my order with her. She nodded her head.
I ordered my coffee( it turned out great as usual) and she walked away.
I said thank you when I received the coffee and she turn around and walked away.
I understand EVERYONE has their own problems, but customer service is beginning to become a thing of the past.

We just left this Dunkin, and I must say we just had a very heartbreaking (but then very heartwarming) experience. When we went in, there was a single employee, Anita (I hope I’m spelling that right!). She was running the store all by herself because everyone else walked out. She was doing her absolute best in a horrible situation (people walking out, irate customers, the works). Someone else came into the store and was immediately helping her, he was compassionate and worked with her to get the store back up and running again. Anita definitely needs as much of a raise as she can possibly get, and I wish I got the name of the other man that came in and assisted her because he was extremely kind and understanding. I don’t know the situation surrounding everyone else walking out, but I can only imagine that the other employees had enough.
Whatever it is, Anita and the other man saved the day and I sincerely hope that they get the recognition they deserve!

I’m not big on sweets but my son really likes them. He loves their donut holes. Donuts are probably his favorite snack, so it’s always nice to stop by and grab one. I like Krispy kreme’s more, but every time I go there they’re always out of the specific donut that I want to the point where I just stopped going every single time. They never have a vanilla or strawberry. Always happens to eat chocolate, which is my least favorite. The thing I want happens to be out of stock. I don’t have that problem here. They always have what they say. Typically it’s rare they don’t friendly staff delicious sweet treats

Very impressed soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 employees. Great donut selection especially considering I went in the afternoon. The store was very clean. I have been a Dunkin Donuts connoisseur since 1998 as well as employee and I will say that is definitely one of the best stores I’ve seen from Florida to Texas!!! Great job

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years and I have always been happy with the service and the way they prepare the food. However, within the past few months, this Dunkin’ store has gone WAAAAY downhill! When I go there during the week, I always get this one male cashier and he ALWAYS waits until AFTER he rings up the order and takes my money to tell me that they’re out of what I ordered! That is VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
During my most recent visit to this location, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese at the drive thru (and of course, they were out of the kind of bagel I wanted and had already paid for). When I got back to work and bit into it, it tasted like burnt tires! My guess is that the oven was probably filthy and hasn’t been cleaned out in many months. I mean, how do you mess up a bagel with cream cheese???
I don’t know if they changed owners, or if it’s just that they hired a bad batch of people to work there, but this is the last time I will be going to this Dunkin’ store for a WHILE. I will have to find another location when I’m in the mood for my coffee and bagel fix.

Almost always running late but can still stop for coffee here because they’re always so fast it doesn’t even add time to my commute and always accurate. Really all I could ask for from Dunkin.

The staff discusses personal issues doesn’t care in customers are there. Line out the door no one says hello , all the staff doing drive thru. It is very unorganized and not very professional.

This used to be a great location but it has slowly been going down hill. I don’t know what has changed the past 6 months or so but it is AWFUL now. Drive thru is very slow and no one behind the counter seems to know what anyone else is doing.
Last straw today, I was charged for a different order, when I told them what the correct order was somehow my new total went up in price and they didn’t even refund me before trying to charge me again. After being in line for at least 15 minutes I gave up and left without coffee or breakfast so I wouldn’t be late for class. Never again.

Dear Business owner.
Its critical that you organize your work force, and work flow.
Not very happy to be upset at your employees, but at you the owner. You must still at all cost make sure you run your business correctly.
Our time is valuable to sit around for 30 minutes for few things.
Not only did I wait the 30 minutes, I had get my money back. It was a very painful process to bare. These types of business is not good.

WOW! Fast & friendly service. This is my go-to Dunkin’ when I’m in town. The bathrooms are clean & the lobby has a welcoming vibe. I never have a bad experience at this store. The store manager and crew are very professional and are great at their craft. I loved my holiday blend-It’s my new favorite! Ten out of Ten.
