can’t express how bad this place is, giving it a one star is a compliment to this awful service. employees arguing while we waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 3 coffees. they messed up my order at least 3 times and they gave almost six people food before us.

This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. I stopped in for an ice machiato with 2 shots of espresso. Also picked up some donuts but selection was limited because of the time of day. I got there at 3pm so there’s that! This is my new favorite place for drinks…lol

I have never ever ever been to a dunkin where the employee was so nasty beyond words. Major attitude in the drive through I couldn’t hear her. I asked her a question refused to answer. Didn’t give me a receipt. I won’t be busting this location ever again.

I would like to report an inappropriate behavior at your Branch in Buch garden , the woman made me pay extra and when I asked her she simply answered: it’s same !!! How it could be same if I paid 3$ extra it’s not acceptable.. A piece of advice for everyone tchèque your receipt before going out

They messed up my order, even after they called everything back to me… they were rude and shut the window on me as I was talking to them about messing up my order… this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues from this Dunkin but it will be the last time going to the one on Busch.

I ordered a frozen chocolate with peppermint mocha on the app two days in a row and two days in a row, they messed it up. First day they gave me a frozen coffee with no flavoring at all. Second day (today), they gave me a cold chocolate with ice chunks (the frozen chocolate wasn’t frozen) and again no flavoring when it very clearly states that I got peppermint mocha in mine. Sorry, I’ll stick with the Dunkin on Waters.

Do not go to this location unless you don’t care if they mess up your order with specific dietary preferences. I ordered 4 food items and 2 iced coffees. The breakfast sandwiches were way over cooked. The hashbrowns were soggy. 1 iced coffee was for someone who is vegan and requested almond milk, NO SUGAR, and only 2 pumps of hazelnut. The drink is pictured in this review and was all wrong. The drink clearly had dairy milk, I’ve ordered this drink several times and it never looks this light. I asked the drive thru attendant if it was almond milk and she said yes. It tasted like dairy. Although the sticker says almond milk. They also put FOUR pumps when I requested TWO. And I said NO sugar and they put the swirl flavoring which has sugar in it. The other iced drink had so much cream in it that the drink was practically white. The person it was ordered for said it hardly tasted of coffee. I love Dunkin’ so I would rather go out of my way to go to a different location next time.

People had attitudes that worked there. No one greeted you and some employees were not dressed in uniform. Over charged for sandwich. Croissant tasted funny.
