Dunkin’ Reviews

Is this a joke?? How have people become so unprofessional on the job? We asked for an order of snacking bacon and the person said “do you want a drink with that because they might be a little dry” while laughing with her coworkers and making jokes ( of course they were laughing because they knew the bacon was burnt and they were going to serve it just like that anyways. ) the bagel with cream cheese had cream cheese just in the middle, with nothing to spread it with so now I have to take a bite full of cream cheese alone. We were also asked if we wanted to give a donation and when we said no the lady sighed and said “ohhh my god” with an attitude. So rude, absolutely no work ethic.

I hate leaving bad reviews but i’ve been going to this dunkin consistently since I was 14 and i’m officially giving up on it. I ordered two donuts, and an iced vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra sugar, topped with cold foam. Not only did they give me the wrong donuts and a drink that was completely wrong, but the two women working inside were both full on screaming at each other the entire time. The customer who was in front of me ended up leaving because they had taken over 10 minutes to get his order out the window, I had similar issues when ordering but I figured by the time I got up to the window it would be fine. both people who are working on drive-through orders were extremely unprofessional and rude not to me but to each other, at one point one of the workers was screaming at the other one to clock out go home and quit because she didn’t like her attitude, and the other one just proceeded to scream back at her that she wasn’t going to be doing that until they called Jason who I assume is a manager or owner (?). it’s also important to note, that I wasn’t given a receipt, and my original cup for my drink was on the floor, the girl working the drive-through window picked it up to make my drink and someone else had to tell her to use a new cup (all in front of me). Even though my order wasn’t expensive, I’m still frustrated that I paid money for three things that I’m not going to eat/drink. I tried to say something before driving away but because they were screaming at each other they could not hear me, so I chose to just go about my day. I really hope something changes at this location whether it’s better management, or some quality control with the staff. They definitely need a manager on site at all times because there’s someone who works in customer service, that would not, and should not slide at a professional establishment.

Absolutely disgusting. Went here this morning in my birthday to treat myself a little before work and they handed me a half empty bag of BURNT hashbrowns and my vanilla iced coffee has mounds of sugar st the bottom. Took a sip and literally had nothing but sugar in my mouth had to spit it out while I was driving. The girl I’m drive thru was extremely rude, I guess she was upset with me because I was waiting for my change? She rolled her eyes and threw the coins in my hand. I told her to have a good day and she closed the window. Absolutely terrible service and food.

I ordered a large caramel coconut macchiato through a mobile order and this is what I got not only did I get a medium instead of a large it looks really dark and it’s really syrupy and they did not even try to contact me to see what I wanted instead of caramel instead they proceeded to put mocha which I’m not a big fan of. I also ordered donuts from there yesterday and didn’t receive any of the donuts I picked I understand if they don’t have the product but at least contact me and ask what I would like instead of just giving me what’s you think I like doesn’t make sense when I’m the one paying for it. Always have issues at the location!!!!

I ordered 2 drinks (both came out well) and a bagel. They gave me the wrong type of bagel. So, I went back inside and asked for the one I ordered. They were out of the one I ordered.
Staff was very nice, apologized, and offered to replace. They gave a free donut for the inconvenience. 4 stars because they really skimped on the cream cheese. Everyone makes mistakes, they kindly corrected theirs.

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I go the kitchen is always “closed“ and I have yet to drive up to the drive-thru where they greet me before I have to say some thing. I’ve sat there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to say some thing and until I say hello no one says anything at all. If everybody stayed home one day we would be getting the same level of service as if they were in the store.

This D and D has the absolute worst customer service. I go there way too much because of the convenience but I think they average about a 1 and 4 In getting my coffee order right. Today they were telling customers at the drive thru that they had to wait because they were doing a “shift change” so everyone just drove away. Management should take a closer look at what goes on in this store because it is a disgrace.

Worst Dunkin in Tampa. I went to get my son a jelly donut, I wait 5 min for the car in front of me to be allowed to order, then I get up there and they say we are only taking cash, we have no coffee, we aren’t doing sandwiches and like two other things. I have never been to a restaurant that wanted a customer less. I went to order six donuts, so I ask “do you have donuts”. She says “yes”, I say, “I’ll take six, two jelly”, she stops me and says “we don’t have any jelly donuts”. I drove off. Sadly, the location is good and so they stay busy, but the owners of this place should be ashamed.

Worst Dunkin in US.
I pulled up and saw that they had a promotion for pumpkin spiced signature latte. I ordered it. The girl said, “we’re out of whipped cream, is that ok?” I said, “sure, that’s fine.”
I pull up yo pay and she says, “$4.59”.
I said, the promotion says $3.
She said, “we have no whipped cream which means that it’s a regular latte, so I have to charge you more”.
I said, so because you’re inconveniencing the customer by not having a product, you’re also going to charge more on top of it?”
I decided to walk inside. The girl is out in the open talking to her coworkers saying how “stupid” I am for not understanding that if there is no whipped cream available then obviously she has to charge me more.
The complete incompetence and disrespect is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at any Dunkin.
Of course later that day I go to another Dunkin, order the same signature latte, this time I ask for no whipped cream, and they charged $3 with no issues.

Can’t even get through the drive through, it’s incredibly slow and how the parking lot is designed you can’t get out of the drive through once you’re in it. I’ve been stuck here for over 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten to the ordering menu. Praying another car moves through so I can squeeze out of this line and give up on getting anything from here.
