Needs better management. My breakfast sandwich was luke warm. The donuts we ok. The place is dirty and needs an overhaul. Was my first time there and most likely won’t be going back, nor do 9 recommend it. The sandwich was good but definitely would have been better if was hotter.

We have been coming to this location daily for years. Customer service has been great for us and quick. Anytime we’ve ever had an issue with a drink or maybe something simply not tasting right they’re always very quick to fix it. The staff is always working hard and as quickly as possible. Patience is always a virtue! Thank you to Mary, Katie and Rayna for doing what you do daily. We appreciate you!

The food is usually mish-mashed together and piping hot, too hot to handle, in fact. And what’s the deal with fast food restaurants handing out one or two napkins these days? I always need to ask for more napkins (I’ve got 4 kiddos!). Anyway, for the most part, it’s a pretty standard DD. We come here just about once a week, at least, and 4/5 stars is the overall rating

The food is good. But could use better customer service. The girl at the register didn’t really talk or greet. The worse part was when I tried to get 2 different employees attention I was ignored. One managed to look at me but ignored me. When I called her name another one came out to help. The place is popular and good though.

I ordered four dozen donuts for my class as they were taking an exam. I was in a hurry when I picked up the order so it’s my fault for not checking obviously but there were only 3 dozen. So I had to order from Uber Eats to have them delivered to the school. Dunkin on Cortaro did not answer the phone once the entire day so I could talk to someone about the order. They are also not friendly or helpful at all in person, and seem very bothered by having to be there.

They have gone way down hill, the customer service well there isn’t any. The people are rude and they don’t make the drinks with care or pride. Handing out cups with stuff all over the sides of the cup, the last drink I ordered there was so bad we threw it away, it wasn’t even drinkable. I would not recommend this dunkin to anyone!
