3 cars in front; you will have to wait like 20 minutes… Other than that, I like it.

Asked for 5 kids scoops 1 butter pecan, two cookies and cream and 2 mocha and they messed up after I repeated it to the one taking my order 4 times. If they can’t hear correctly they should ask us to go to the window and order them from there

I just went today with my husband to get 2 Original Cappuccino Blast, an Iced Coffee (Vanilla) & 2 Chocolate Glazed Donuts.
We walked out the store and forgot the Donuts.
Called the store to go pick our donuts up but got told they can’t give us the Donuts.
So why if we forgot to take the bag with our 2 donuts, they can’t give it to us?
Is not like everyone who order in store, asked for 3 iced coffees & 2 donuts.
We should get a refund for those 2 donuts that we didn’t get/ate!!!

I usually have an ok experience here but sometimes the people can have ugly attitudes or if you ask for extra sugar or a little bit of ice or something they can give attitude depending on who is taking care of you or who you ask. Some of them just should NOT work with the public.

One of the cashiers was seriously rude, their system wasn’t receiving my mobile order I guess and she made faces when I inquired as to where my order was. Also walked away from me saying that it must be the wrong location. After I approached her again she got someone above her who was not rude and they fulfilled my order but no apology no nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience, some of the girls/women working there need a customer service refresher.

Good food good coffee my husband ordered mini pancakes thought they were going be medium small size and i started laughing at him they were tiny like a quarter the cappuccino blast oreos is good im pregnant i mostly always get caramel
