Order number #2431 ($6), my ice coffee taste like nasty water. Very little creamer but a lot of sugar sitting in the bottom. My husband said his hot coffee was fine. My drink was not drinkable. Long 17 car ride, very disappointing when I needed a good cup of coffee to finish the last 5 hours.

Really poor service and long wait. Order number 124518 I had 6 pc hash brown, 1 sausage egg and cheese plain bagel, 1 sausage egg and cheese croissant. The bagel and the croissant both came without the sausage even tho the ticket says “sausage egg and cheese”.

I had the Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Toasted Sourdough Bread, with Cheddar & American Cheese, it was so good. I also had a Large Mango Pineapple Refresher with Lemonade, you can also get it with Coconut Milk or Green Tea. Very Good. Wonderful Staff and quite friendly. Store wasn’t crowded at all, very clean and after I went to the restroom on of the worker’s was sweeping the lobby. Restroom was clean also.

This is the second time we’ve stopped by the drive thru while passing through town on I-40. Both times our coffee was piping hot and perfectly made. Bagels were fresh. The staff both times were very nice too. Definitely will stop by again on her next trip.

It was an OK Dunkin. Definitely had better being the egg in my breakfast sandwich was still cold and my wife’s bagel was really not even toasted much. I would stick to a coffee and donut next time.

This is the worst Dunkin i have ever been too! Not only was it a long wait for drive thru, but realistically I had to repeat my order eight times to the young lady at the window. Three times the young lady told me they HAD a donut that they were OUT of, to which i already had paid for what they were out of. After asking me my order eight times the young lady decided to spray chemical cleaner on the drive-thru window which conveniently went into my vehicle, not on purpose.. but still. I could rant Forever on this experience but I will end by stating my order was still wrong once I got it, the young lady told me she gave me two extra Donuts to make up for the service and conveniently the two extra Donuts were one of the first Donuts I asked for and was told they were out of, and the Donuts were also as hard as a rock.

This is the place I visit the most, love’em to death- but it’s a gamble on the coffee it might be training new people but somtimes the coffee can be really burnt- Oh, and some manager there- with a blue car, with a little “white” colored bear head on the dash bear double parks. It’s one thing if it’s a massive parking lot- but this slim parking lot, and it can be packed most of the day. I don’t mind the walk, but I know customers who may have issues with walking could really use that closer parking spot. (I’ll add a photo later)

If not for My Husband Wayne, I guess we would never enjoy the FREE Signature Latte’s we get here at the Whitten Dunkin Donuts Shop. The Employees are the Best in the Business of Restaurants. They always get our order right, and if they somehow mess up just a little bit. They fix their mistakes fast. Can’t really say anything bad about the Dunkin Donut Team, service or quality of food.

I actually like Dunkin’s coffee compared to places like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Chic-fil-a, etc. They make a nice medium roast that caters to a large amount of taste buds. Chic-fil-a coffee is too strong, McDonalds is inconsistent, Starbucks does to much to their coffee. The customer service can be hit or miss, but that is everywhere these days.
